10 days and counting, still no order
Waited 7 days for my item, no show, they asked me to wait a further 1 - 2 days, now 10 days later still haven't got my item. Opened a Paypal dispute to get my money back, delivery was supposedly 3-5 days economy but their own website still shows it as "being processed" even though I got an email stating it had been shipped (has it, doubt it) will never shop with this company again, btw it's nothing more than a shopify store.

Avoid, waste of time and money
Sold faulty goods to me then took days to ask questions regarding the fault. One question per email, per day. Time wasters and inferior quality goods. Avoid.

Sent Batteries Wrapped in Parcel Tape
I bought 4 9V batteries from this website, which showed the picture of a pack of Duracell batteries. They arrived wrapped in parcel tape with a folded up box in the Jiffy bag. I was led to believe I was getting a pack of batteries but no, this company clearly buy in bulk then break up the packs and send out like this.
I am now unable to return the goods as Royal Mail will not allow unpackaged batteries to be sent as they are considered hazardous, and now TradeNRG are ignoring me.
They don't seem to have any concept of distance selling and my right to inspect the goods, and what misrepresenting the goods means. Having taken my money and wasted my time, dealing with this company to get a good deal was a big mistake.
Congratulations guys, you've done really well there.
