This group are a bunch of liars
This group are a bunch of liars. They take $50 and then you are forced to give them another $100 to file the application. They are a complete waste of money. Do not use them - there are reputable companies out there.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

when creating a credit notes it converts them to an invoice. This has cause extreme issue with getting corrected. Been chasing for 3 weeks and still nothing but messages that make no sense.
!!!
Absolute piece of shit software. Heavily reliant on honesty instead of control. UI must've been designed by a toddler. No real control. I can make my invoices and edit pricing afterwards. nothing about the invoicing process is automated. My Excel sheet has more functionality and automation.
Invoicing is clunky at best. It's time consuming. Doesn't pick up information from invoice. Boxes are missing e.g. payment due date. Its moved the work to the supplier to navigate terrible software.
This service baffles me to no end. How can an online system that seems to fail to load most of the time somehow be in business? I can only think of VC funding being the source of this blight on mankind.
Very poorly executed software, hard to use, slows down my business significantly, avoid if possible.
bad to work with. Every PDF file you upload, is altered by the tradeshift network. Which sometimes clompletely changes amounts on invoices, or the currency. Sometimes the amounts or invoice dates completely disappears. Which is our fault apparently, because we use incorrect PDF files??
Also, when you are sending more than an X amount of invoices per year, you have to to pay Tradeshift a fee of around €500. For the use of their services. This reeks of blackmail, as we do not have a choice to invoice our customers otherwise.
One of our customers require invoices to be submitted via tradeshift, adds a SIGNIFICANT amount of time and know how, every month. Tradeshift is just redundant work, and a horrible UX / experience.
Considering firing my customer it is so frustrating. 50% of my invoices get rejected because of some weird change in process or custom field I havn't populated correctly
They really need to remember how an invoice was submitted last time, then have a Xero integration or something and suck the necessary data form their rather than requiring invoices to be rekeyed. At the moment they have fractions of automation, however its just as much work trying to work out what functions in tradeshift and what it doesn't do.
Due to my negative experiences, I can only warn against Tradeshit as an employer and also as a service provider. It seems to me as if the company has gotten into serious financial difficulties. There have been repeated waves of layoffs over the last year. The number of employees was drastically reduced. Tradeshift was hardly able to attract new customers. Some existing customers are dissatisfied and there is a risk of churn.
Our company emails or sends invoices through the mail. To expect Venders to have to log into a portal to set up invoices is absolutely awful. I could not imagine if every customer expected us to do this. So much time to have to make invoicing difficult. What a selfish way to operate and make it difficult for businesses to operate.
The worse experience ever. I've had a ticket open for almost a month now for Tradeshift to establish a connection with my client and it's going nowhere. When I ask if I can speak to somone or if there's another way we can chase this up the person keeps repeating what they've done before and ignoring my questions. I've never known such poor support and I feel completely helpless. Avoid!
Awful, awful, awful software:
- The website regularly crashes for no reason (requiring a refresh).
- Tradeshift customer support took nearly two weeks to resolve a simple support request so that we could send an invoice to our client.
- Now, we can't even send this invoice to our client because of another issue with Tradeshift's website (apparently, they are experiencing issues with 'document processing').
How is Tradeshift so diabolical when it received over $250 million in funding from Goldman Sachs just four years ago?
Absolutely terrible, and utterly shocking that FTSE 500 companies use this company's platform to send purchase orders and receive invoices.
The concept is interesting, but the execution leaves so much to be desired.
It is very easy to use and saves me lot of time.
