Do not spend money with this company's service. I bought a vacuum and encountered an issue with the charging base. They informed me the base, which charges the battery, is considered an accessory and that they cannot assist me with my problem. It was a waste of money.

Do NOT purchase this plan. We purchased a plan for our couch that was supposed to include a free cleaning. I tried for 3 weeks to schedule my free cleaning. Never got it. I received a $5 tube of stain removal solution in the mail. Total rip off and waste of $299 dollars. I can't believe NFM pushes this crap.

Avoid the all costs or waste of money they sell them off to you when you're buying a phone as if you can get an upgrade every year which is not true as I found that out the hard way I've been paying for 2 years and then when I call to upgrade my phone they said they can only give you a new phone of what you already own so that's not really an upgrade and an addition to that you have to pay $250 service fee so it's not worth the money with that money you pay a month you can actually pay for an insurance where you can really upgrade your phone so there's no upgrades and when you tell them that they'll tell you well you should have read the booklet that came with it but when you have a few moments to spare at JB Hi-Fi when you making the purchase you don't really expect to read the whole booklet so it's a waste of money

Fantastic to deal with, awesome customer service and follow up on issue with delivery which was not tradesquare's fault nor the supplier..the carrier was completely at fault, but tradesquare ladies touched base with me many times and couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely highly highly recommend and thankyou so much for being so courteous, professional and caring about your customers. Communication Was excellent Had an hiccup with the order but Communication with trade square was fast with the replies and resolved any and all issues I will not hesitate to buy from them again
