Hi i orderd an bristan tap and i did not put delivery to home i thought your depot would be near my home but it was hundred miles away so i rang the customer service to say to them.charge me home delivery as i didnt know your depot was far away but the lovely lady said cause it was my 1st time and i didnt realize she said they will send it home of free of charge i think thats a brilliant servuce for us customers and i have got the tap also it was alot cheaper than else where i reccomend Trading Depot

Placed order at beginning of April payed £7 for delivery just received item . Had to ring up to find out why it took so long to arrive . Maybe I’ll get a refund on delivery maybe not very disgruntled customer but there’s always one .

Purchased a aqualisa shower engine and once installed had a fault phoned trading depot and spoke to Nathan explaining what had happened and straight away he explained what I had to do with great professionalism and expertise told me who to contact and what to do am happy to say aqualisa have sent a new engine out and it was working great Nathan is a credit to trading depot with his knowledge of what to do and his speed at rectifying a problem well done NATHAN.

Brought a loo with toilet seat
Brought a loo with toilet seat, when it was delivered it was the wrong seat. I called TD at about 4.00 pm, spoke to Jemma who was super helpful. Old toilet seat collected at 7.30 next morning and new one delivered. No drama, just good service. Thank you Jemma, superstar,,,,,

Top quality customer service
I have been trying to locate a specific basin my regular supplier couldn't get until July. Nathan was able to establish quickly that Trading Depot's supplier had only one left in stock. I placed the order and Nathan then hand held the order through to help secure this. He was proactive, gave me good information and hopefully helped me out of a situation! Thanks again, Nigel
