Unhelpful robot box office
Don't try Trafalgar Studios Box Office. The Box office for the theatre at Trafalgar Studios may work those who can visit in person. But if you try to phone, this will cost you £0.07 per minute. That would be fine if the money was paying for a human being to be there and to answer promptly. However, at least in my case, what I got was a menu of up to 8 options ("For X press 1" etc.) leading to further menus of up to 8 options, and so on – none of which were appropriate for my query. I never did get to speak to a human being who could answer my question. I wonder if there is a human there at all. This seems like sharp practice. Other theatres manage this SO much better.
