order not received won't give a refund
ordered from them on 12-03 and to this day have not received anything. I have contacted them and asked for a refund or that they resend the package. but they said to just wait on the previous package. it has been 17 days which I don't find reasonable would not recommend ordering from them unless you want to get scammed.

Based on record, the courier decided to initiate a return to sender because they could not complete the delivery due to the lack of house number. Robbery to charge for returns
In today's online shopping age and the fact that you charge for delivery it is not right you then charge for returns. No big online firms do this. It is a disgrace

Regarding your concern about the delivery fee, just like any other brands, we do offer free shipping within the UK, unfortunately your order did not meet the minimum amount required. We completely understand how helpful free returns can be. At the moment, as outlined in our return and exchange policy, we’re not yet able to offer free returns. That said, it’s something we’re actively exploring as the brand continue to grow, and we truly hope to be able to offer this in the near future.
Marathon training
I used the items for an extended run , with zero issues in their design and feel . Designed and manufactured to a standard hoped for but not expected.
And i looked half decent too .
