Admittedly I was skeptical of using a travel agent, but Katie absolutely proved me wrong. The price quoted at the end of the conversation was so much better than I thought it would be, and it was amazing value for what the trip entailed. Katie listened to my criteria for hotels and helped me find the right ones with consideration of budget , she broke down the itinerary really clearly and was able to clarify bits I didn’t understand and take any questions I had, all with a smile throughout. Myself and my husband are very happy with what she has come up with for us!

Took the Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan tour which I booked the Exeter shop. I originally wanted to go in early May following researching the expected weather for that time of year. The only tour available was mid June and when I was going to decline I was assured by the young lady salesperson that the weather including temperature was similar to early May I stupidly without further research accepted what she said. We experienced temperatures in excess of 40*. Even allowing for the unusual heat wave I have since found out that temperatures are regularly in excess of 36* rather than the maximum of 31* expected for May. I accept I should have done further research myself rather than blindly accepting what the salesperson said. The unbearable heat seriously affected the trip.

Our family ( 5 adults, parents 17 y 19 y and 21 y) went to Vietnam with Trailfinders recently and to say our trip was a success is a major understatement it was a trip of a lifetime. It was made that way because of the attention to detail by Trailfinders the guides, the drivers, the 5* Hotels the transfers etc all were out of this world. We are all still on cloud 9 thinking about the trip and honestly can not wait to plan the next one with Trailfinders thank you so so much Michael for giving us life those long memories. ❤️❤️❤️

Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable in putting together our bespoke holiday to Cambodia, Singapore and Flores. We had previously travelled with Trailfinders in April to see the dragons in Komodo and wished to return to the hotel in Labuan Bajo and combine with a tour of Angkor Wat and Singapore this time around. Stuart managed to get us a good deal and was friendly and easy to chat through the arrangements. We are very much looking forward to our second holiday with the Company.

I have booked with Trailfinders for many years. they are very reliable and knowledgable. they will seek the best deal within any given budget. Keeping track of your booking and any add-on is very easy through "View Trail"

Bertie Parker was extremely helpful and efficient, explaining everything with great patience to these 2 luddites who are not very tech savvy!

We wanted to undertake a once in a lifetime holiday, so thought we would use Trailfinders as their reviews were very good. Excellent choice. We visited the local office and spent a good couple of hours with Scott explaining what we were looking for. The end result was absolutely perfect. We did a 7 day tour on the west coast of Canada including a 2 day Rocky Mountaineer train ride from Jasper to Vancouver, where we then boarded a cruise ship for a 7 day Alaskan cruise. The whole 16 day trip ran like clockwork as everything that was booked by Trailfinders just fell into place with not a single hitch. Couldn't recommend Trailfinders highly enough and would most certainly use again

We received excellent service from William face-to-face at the Trailfinders Brighton shop. We had a general idea on what we wanted from a holiday to Australia and William helped us shape this into a package we were really pleased with. He gave us excellent advice based on his personal experience and took time to understand our requirements and preferences very well. He gave us a good range of accommodation options and explained things with great clarity and enthusiasm. We are now looking forward very much to the holiday!
