Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our initial enquiries. He gave suggestions to us which helped us make our final decisions easier such as location of hotels considering upgrading the cruise accommodation as opposed to business class due to 10 days of luxury as opposed to a flight which made us decide on an upgrade on the cruise. Also suggested trips and other considerations. Very professional throughout and extremely helpful. Due to his holidays we have also spoken with Peter and Simon before booking who were also excellent.
