Unacceptable Delays and Incomplete Order
Order still incomplete – no resolution
Following my previous review, I want to clarify that the issue is not about shipping costs.
My order (TREU52790) placed on January 2nd is still incomplete, and the missing part makes the rig completely unusable.
I have already contacted support with the order number ((TREU52790), and tracking details, yet there is still no clear or definitive resolution.
Waiting over one and a half months for a complete product is simply not acceptable.

Slow email response
Slow email response, had to tap my own holes, poor directions, didn’t ship everything I ordered. Such slow response to the problem that I purchased the forgotten item elsewhere. Very good product overall, but there’s no real customer support. I should have been more hesitant spending this much money on a company without a public phone number.
FWIW, the other vendor shipped and delivered the item sooner than I received an email response.

Proper Help from Customer Service
Chase helped me out when I had a problem with my new TR160!
My rig came packaged in 12 different boxes, and as we were putting it together, it seemed that the wheel mount I ordered never actually showed up. The sim sat empty, without a wheel and unusable for a while, considering I had ordered it right before the holidays.
I was expecting responses to be slow and scarce, but Chase made sure that he got back to me as soon as possible, and helped me out getting my sim ready for the Rolex 24 at Daytona. He got me everything that I needed in order to have the sim functioning and in working order, and made sure I was satisfied with the experience.
With a purchase of this scale, you never want to see something missing in shipping, but Chase made the best out of an othewise unfortunate situation. Shoutout Chase!! We ended up finishing P3 in that Daytona 24, even though we led for 17 hours. (You can check out Jimmy Broadbent's video about the 518x Porsche... We were the Green and White 963 GTP he took out at the end of the race...)
Regardless, shoutout Chase for making sure my rig was ready for the endurance season. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

First of all, we are sorry to hear that you were in the horror split with that team. Hope they get banned of the service. This is unbearable for every other SimRacer.
Second we do apologize that there was the wheelmount missing. We do agree that this should not happen but if items are lost in shipping or systems fail to transmit orders fully or just human error at the warehouse level can happen.
Great to hear Chase helped you properly.
And good luck for the 12h of Bathurst next week. You surely will compete there.

Returned item unopened, never issued refund, never communicated refund status
Needed to return an item. Was told I would have my refund processed once they received it. They received the product back 18 days ago and never issued refund. Product was unopened and sent back exactly as I received it. Support stopped responding to emails after refund process began. Had to issue chargeback on purchase. Incredibly unprofessional and would never order from Trak Racer again.

Great products - Terrible service
Great products once you get and everything goes to plan. Terrible customer service and support if things dont go smoothly. Initially purchased a rig and monitor stand, all went well - good build quality. Ordered some additional monitor arms - got delivered to wrong address by courier - over a week of back and forth with customer service and still not resolved. No willingness to resend me missing goods or refund and expecting me to go and find the products (wherever they maybe). In the end had to go via my credit card holder to request a claim for good not delivered in order to get a refund. Going forward if I want their products I will source via a third part like Demon Tweeks.

thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that there have been issues with the order. Please do understand that our CS agents have to follow rules as well. Especially when things show delivered and are claimed "not delivered", so it takes a while to investigate with the courier and the warheouse to get things proper handled.
This is not about not willing to send a replacement or a refund but to be sure that this is not claimed not received while it acutally was received. Not saying that you want to do this, but you might be suprised how many people unfortunately nowadays try to get items "for free" this way.

Product Great but Service Slow Reponses
The product is great and it really fits what I wanted. The customer service is very subpar and very slow to respond. Had to send over three emails over a week and a half before I got a response on an order issue. It was ultimately handled, but so slow.

Top quality product it almost fit my rig. But I modified it and realized how thick it was and that’s a good thing! I’m totally satisfied. My rig wasn’t a track racer probably should be but it works now.
