Delivery person called and left…
Delivery person called and left voicemail that they were leaving soon. Delivery person couldn't speak English and didn't answer his phone, so I couldn't find him and he took off.
I think issue is both carrier and company policy. Carrier said it was transformer tables policy to only wait 20 minutes, but not to notify clients of that policy.

I am very pleased with my Transformer Table. The table looks great and good quality. One of the push latches on the cupboard base was not working correctly. Chantelle in Customer Service was extremely helpful and anxious to assist me with sending a replacement push-latch. No hassle - just a couple of pictures requested. I love this new table and how it easily transforms to adjust to the size of my family. The chairs are comfortable and the bench is perfect.
I had trouble with one of my chairs and contacted customer support for a resolution. The customer service representative was kind, attentive, resolved the problem without any problems.

My table was a little late and I did get frustrated by the Ai help but once I talked to Chantelle and she was such a great help explaining the issue and getting my table to me as quickly as she could. The gentlemen who installed the table were also so nice and showed my all of the features. Great Purchase!

Very accommodating
I bought a transformer table knowing there is no clear set shipping date as stated on the website. So, I reached out to customer support as I am also in the process of moving to ask them to ship it to the right address according to when they have shipping dates available for my order. Jenifar is the one I’ve been speaking to and has been very kind towards me through this process. We have now finalized the shipping time and now just waiting for it to arrive. Jenifar also reassured me if there are any delays with the shipping she would be happy to change the address for me charge free! Overall, I am very pleased so far with the process.

We bought some desk to tables off of someone second hand. When we got them home we realized that some of the hinges were bent from how it was installed. I reached out to Transformer Table customer service and I dealt with Bravi. They were amazing help. Quick with their response and help getting the pieces we needed! I love my transformer table
I love my transformer table, coffee table and benches! They are about 6 years old now and everyone who comes to my home always comments on how nice they are! They love how big the table transforms from a little side table in the corner to a full on dinner table to seat 20 guests!
