The purchase process was smooth and straightforward. Delivery was excellent; the team carried the boxes all the way to the desired room, which was a great touch.
When I first opened the box, everything seemed fine. However, I later found out that my sister had purchased the same table and received a black, cute box with a metal warranty card and a gift certificate. I didn't receive those, so I contacted the customer service team. They assured me that I didn’t need the silver card to activate the warranty, and for the gift certificate, all I had to do was give them a call. That seemed acceptable, but after further inspection, I noticed some scratches and dents on the table. This made me wonder if the table I received was truly brand new.
Since this table is for my elderly parents and I didn’t want to put them through the hassle of a return, we decided to keep it. However, if you find yourself in a similar situation, I would strongly recommend inspecting your table closely. In my opinion, the table I received wasn't completely new. If you're concerned about returns or warranty, I'd encourage a thorough check before finalizing your decision.

We received our transformer table two weeks ago and we love the design and the functionality of the table and the bench. Moreover, the bench we received a a hairline crack on it. We reached out to the company and one of their representatives, Marie B. reached out within 24 hours. Her email communications were prompt and within 72 hours we got confirmation that a replacement bench will be sent out to us. That speaks to the company standing behind its products as well as its commitment to customer service.

I had paid using PayPal and forgotten to update the shipping address. I made one phone call and was routed through their automated system. I was prepared for a frustrating experience but in short order, the system recognized that I needed live assistance. I was able to speak to a real-live person within minutes. Prompt replacement of defective table base
Table base was received with bent hinge. I got through to a customer service agent on the first call with minimal wait time. He understood the issue and immediately emailed me a form to complete and return with photos. Within a day or two a replacement was being processed (although, it will take a few weeks to arrive).
