Terrific job well done
My job was done extremely efficiently, the engineer was very courteous, clean and tidy, he took his shoes off when entering the house, cleared up after he had finished, you would not have known any work had been done in the house, he arrived on time, supplied a fitted a new radiator, very happy customer and I would most definitely recommend Transgas Services.

John and his team are absolutely fantastic!
I speak to a handful of Transgas clients each week and they are always over the moon with the work completed.
Transgas certainly live by their professional reputation.
I would 100% recommend using their services for all you heating and plumbing needs.

Noisy Boiler
I asked the Transgas team about my very noisy & hot boiler which was beginning to really worry me. Luke arrived, listened to it and told me it was the fan (it wasn't going to blow up but it would eventually stop working!). He ordered the part then and there, picked it up and fitted it in no time at all. The boiler is now very quiet and I couldn't be happier with the service.
The team in the office were very helpful & efficient. Luke (the engineer) was on time, knew his stuff, was clean and tidy and even asked if he could reset the timings for me! Thank you so much, I can't recommend you highly enough!

Really poor communication
This company has a good record on Check-a-trade.
But I had to phone many times to get a quote from them. When I asked to get the quote on email they never returned. I phoned again 5 times but nothing happened.
I hate to waist my time.
I cannot recommend.
