Seamless refund process after accidentally subscribing for too long

While the products can be a bit expensive, they are extremely good quality and the only pre-workout I've liked along with the other products. The shining star here was the customer service, I accidentally ordered products to my old address and they sent me a replacement order to my new address without charging me again even though I was going to pay again as it was my mistake. I didn't even ask for it they just did it. Honestly a little good goes a long way!

When my order didn't arrive as expected, I contacted support and soon after, Claire contacted me to say a 2nd order was being shipped. It arrived today, just 7 days since first being contacted by Claire.

Transparent labs makes great products with third party testing. On top of that, their customer service team goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
I've never been more satisfied with a consumer experience.

After placing an order for several products, I remember they offer a military discount. I email them and inquired if they would honor the discount on my order. I was hoping for an account credit, that I would use when I refill my products. To my surprise they honored the discount and refunded the discount to my credit card. In addition to great products their customer service is incredible.

I’ve tried countless brands over the past 25 years — from high-end to influencer-branded - and Transparent Labs is truly the first one that both tastes great and dissolves perfectly in water - and incredibly yummy as a shake with grass-fed, organic whole milk! It’s honestly remarkable.

I had reached out about an issue I had with the starter whey protein pack that was ordered through a 3rd party vendor. I wanted to ask about possibly receiving a flavor that was missing. I contacted TL support and got a quick response from Matthew and Reilly who exceeded my expectations in resolving. I had planned to order more products as soon as resolved but after the customer experience it sold me even more on using TL. Thanks again Matthew and Reilly. Keep up the great work!

Only received two of the eight items ordered. I was told they had split the order after having only received two products. I await the balance of the order. In the past, the products have been as expected, but the jury is out about this time. Good products, poor communication.

I made a mistake by subscribing for a montly payment service for the same product I paid for which was a once off payment. I reached out to them for help, not only they cancelled the subscription for me but they also proceeded with my order regardless that the mistake was mine. Tremendous customer service, I appreciate them a lot. This is one of the best services I have ever received in my life till this moment. Thank you Transparent Labs.

I have been trying for 9 days to get a response on a quality issue. Nothing. The gut health pill causes nothing more than massive bloating. Customer service has not retuned any emails. Stay away from them.
