Great company, took a group of us to Glastonbury festival. Really nice driver and service even when we found it difficult to find the correct entrance.

Avoid this company! Same story as in other reviews - bus broke down etc. Rude customers service.

WARNING:Mini bus for 10 never turned up. Tried to call the 24hr number and it rang out. No other contact details worked. We paid over £100 upfront. This meant that 10 of us were absent to our Aunts 80th birthday, the last time we are all likely to be together and half her party absent. We called Transport hub the next working day and spoke to someone who said we had cancelled our mini bus and that they had emailed us. This was a lie, we paid over £100 upfront & never received any email from Transport hub UK apart from demands for £120 upfront!! They have said they will refund but refused to tell us who the refund would be from and hung up on us. I am so thankful I had the foresight to pay for this on my credit card and have referred it back to them. It is too distressing to have to deal with Transport Hub UK, their lies, unkind & rude customer services any further.

I booed a 16 seater to ferry mates to my party venue then multiple pick ups stretching until past midnight. Everyone said Paul the driver was patient and helpful and pleasant. the venue was a tricky place but there were no isssues. Communications were good as I was given his number. I note some negative expreiences and suggestions that 5* are 'seeded' but this is a genuine happy customer.

Booked a minibus for 25 people. The cancelled last minute and said that I need to pay £100 in order to get a new one. Then, this one did not go through either. Seems like a complete scam.

I had no communication issues. My agent Jackie was wonderful! He discussed my options and explained process well. I always get responses via phone or email.
The bus driver Scott (Bobby) was polite and helpful, nice man 👍🏾

It took 2 months for journey details to be right.
Impossible to get in touch with them by phone or email. They dont answer emails. When calling and asking to speak to my agent - they transfer you through. Nobody pick up. Call again - they say "well, I am in Manchester and she is in London. I do not know if she is at her desk". Other agent cannot help you. Very rude staff having a go at me why do I need to amend travel details.
Once they had my money, 2 days later they said that the bus is broken but I can have another one (same capacity) for 100 pounds more. I said I suggest they cover the difference as I paid for the quote. They answered "thank you for your suggestion, your trip is now cancelled". That was 9 days before the event and they thought it was a wedding.

Once i hot full refund I was over the moon I don't have to deal with rude, incompetent mess of a manager.

I got Investtravel and got sorted in one day. Highly recoment them.

Appalling company. Paid in full for a minibus for 8 people, but it didn't show up. I called the number I was given for the driver who told me he had cancelled several days before as he had not been paid a deposit, despite me having paid in full. They then lied to say a minibus had broken down. I was left embarrassed and scrambling for alternative treatment. Avoid this company at all costs

On time, great (unexpected) luxury vehicle for 18 people, helpful driver and booking service

Taylor was very helpful we were a team of 18 people and we managed to get the minivan reserved and booked for us on the strike weekend. Driver was friendly as well. I will definitely book again.

Second time using the company one for a very long journey and one for a slightly shorter journey. Communication was good. Had a slight wait both times for collection to the event/venue, unsure if this was due to traffic or not setting off early enough.

Could do with having toilet on a long distance journey as we travelled 5+ hours and had 1 or 2 maybe toilet stops.

Used August 2022 and 2023.

I have used them twice now and both times they have been great at sorting what we needed and the drivers were at the right place at the right time for both legs of the journey.
The communication from the drivers was fantastic.
This year we had a last minute change in numbers and Alex was very helpful and got us a larger bus.

The driver drove well was early, journey smooth delivered well but there was a little hiccup close to the date which cause a little anxiety, however Jackie honoured his word and delivered as expected

This company cancelled last minute for a service booked in April 3 days before a big event that we had booked. Unreliable and not legitimate company. They are impossible to get hold of. They are not who they say they are. Avoid at all costs.

Genuine scam. All the 5 star reviews are fake and written by the same person who is involved with this fake company. If you scroll down and look you see the 1* reviews.
We should have realised when communication and language not appropriate.

I had a late booking . No available buses . I had to find a solution within 48 hours , otherwise I would have cancel my church’s youth trip. Alex , a booking officer whom I never knew before kindly managed to sort it out in 15 minutes. She was so helpful. I’ll never hesitate to contact her again in the future. Many thanks Alex. i was looking for travel company from two month for our 15days europe trip of 11 people. couldnt find any agent who can manage our private europr tour. Finaly i met alex hart from transporthubuk . She is very experiance and talented person. She just took only 1day to confirm and organized our tour. They provide us the best driver we had so far. I recommende this company for any family.

Shocking service, booked a 18 seater mini bus, which on the day sent a 16 seater and a taxi as the said the bus had ‘broken down’ the day of. This was not the case as the taxi driver showed the confirmation of the booking, 2 taxis had been arranged the day before so there was no broken down bus. They wanted a deposit and to be paid in full online the day before, before we even got into a taxi or mini bus. The taxi driver was rude and threatened to kick all us passengers out at the side of the road. Will definitely not be using this service again.
