I had to exchange a voucher online to enable me to book our break and he gave me his personal number so I’d be directed back to him. This avoided having to explain the situation again to another member of the team.

A good service once I had found my holiday
When I first called through I was a bit disappointed as I asked if I could give them my holiday requirements and they come back to me with suggestions as I did not have a specific destination, I was told I needed to look and find my holiday then call them back to book, once I had done this I got through to Paul who was very helpful and thorough when booking my holiday. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Took a while on hold to get through to Inspire Holidays but glad I waited in the queue as I was connected to Paul (PW2) who was the most helpful and had the most approachable phone manner. Really easy to book through
Really easy to book through. Paul was super efficient and had the holiday booked within a short time. We booked using travel cards which was also easy to do. Only slight issue is you have to pay a booking fee which wasn’t a lot. Overall very good experience.
