Not a smooth booking experience - I used Traveldecorum as initially the prices showed up as cheaper on Google Flights.

I then received calls to update me that the fare did not match the real fare price and so I had to pay the fare difference. This was done via a janky phone + email process.

Might as well save yourself the extra admin and book via the airline directly, or another reputable booking service that shows you the real price upfront.

Kate was dealing with my query & managed to find me a package of 3 tickets within my budget. She was Very co-operative & supportive from the start to the end. Im happy using their services booking my holiday & will use their services in future aswell. Kate you were awsome through out the process . Your assistance is highly appreciated. Thanks

'Booked' flights and then was called and emailed to say that flights were not actually booked and in order to book there would be additional fees. Customer service offered discounts but only when I became increasingly irritated and threatened to leave a negative review.

Flights were cheapest online but wish i would have paid more and avoided the stress of dealing with Travel Decorum.

She was very good she helped me with best deals with my luggage I would definitely recommend this site and Kate perfect and easy communication
