Within minutes of my booking going through someone phoned me to shake me down for more money. 'Your £385 bill now has a £97 additional charge sir'.

I guess doing it this way gets them listed as the cheapest suppliers on google flights.

Scammed for hundreds of extra pounds. Only thinking about it afterwards did I realise their tactics. If you get a message that they failed to get your tickets confirmed just request a refund. Do not engage any further.

I was masked by the lower price point and only noted that the ticket did not include baggage, I quickly called to made changes and it costed me £120. A costly lesson learnt but customer service from Rony is fantastic! That made my experience with traveldecorum a positive one although I made mistake

Had a lovely experience booking this with Rio’s help!

Ordering the tickets seemed smooth, but the website didn’t give baggage options clearly so I had to call to ask for luggage which felt clunky.

Then my flight got cancelled, through no fault of traveldecorum. they got in touch to tell me but made it really unclear what had happened or how I could continue with my trip. They delayed doing anything about it for almost a week and I ultimately only had a guaranteed return flight late night before departure. The customer services seemed polite but were really slow and the eventual alternative option was not from a different place, requires me taking extra days off work and I had to be refunded and repay for the tickets. Which is still underway.

The people on the phone are polite but the service is poor.

They have great support team to help us on the bookings.
Rio did a fantastic job in supporting our bookings.

Booked a flight online and somehow the return got booked for the wrong date (a day later). Realized the error immediately and called them to correct it as the fare for the correct flight was the exact same. I was told that there would be a £75 penalty even though I called within minutes to have the problem corrected.

I had tried to book with them once before and they called me shortly after the booking stating my fair had changed and I would have to pay more. I choose to cancel. And now this.

Safe to say, will never book with them again.

The 5 star reviews are all fake. Agents with those names don’t exist in this company. The reviews need to be better monitored.

I booked Wrong ticket accidentally. Emily was extremely kind and helpful. I loved the way she responded and spoke very responsibly. I calmed down and she helped till end until I have got the extra bags added. She also gave a discount and other options for flights too. She is reason my mood went back to normal again today. I book again through this portal because of the experience she gave me today. Should hire more people like her. Keep up the great work Emily
