Great customer service
Great customer service. Fabulous staff at the Aberdare branch who go above and beyond to make sure your holiday runs like clockwork. They have been fantastic over the years and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else to take care of our holiday arrangements.

Very helpful staff
The staff were welcoming as soon as we walked inside. They spoke to us by name as I had booked there previously. They asked us if we would like a drink. When we explained what we wanted, Samantha took her time to explain what she was doing on the computer and showed us the deals. She was very thorough and helpful. We were asked if we wanted to book some where. We had all the information printed out. We were also able to get the currency we need.
