Automatically charging £3.95 for buy back guarantee on currency purchases which many companies give for free - total rip off, not explained, not happy, be warned makes actual true exchange rate poorest around. Basically charging £3.95 on 400 euros to then bring back - not likely on small amount !! RIP OFF

Your wife was informed at time of purchase, maybe she didn't hear as she was getting mixed up with the amount of currency she wanted to purchase. She could have declined it then then but accepted the transaction with it included. We offer the BBG for all types of reasons, HERE ARE 2 EXAMPLES.. 1.You bring any back- you don't lose money 2. Unable to travel... you don't lose money. We don't rip people off. We offer the full service for our customers. We refunded you in full the same day even though your wife was informed at the time of purchase. We hope you had a lovely holiday. Lisa
