The office was busy when we arrived and a young trainee explained her position and said she would help us explore the holiday options but she would hand over to a senior colleague if we wished to book anything. She was charming, skilled and helpful and will be a great addition to the existing team.

Helpful friendly staff
Gail,who looked after me at Trust House, Gorseinon, was very helpful and intuitive to the type of holiday I was after. She helped me find the one that suited regarding: island, location, size of hotel, type of hotel, length of stay, and dates. Also, she gave us loads of helpful advice, and took us through optional extras to choose or leave. She spent time changing dates and locations to help us get what we wanted.
Sarah and Lindsey, the following day, sorted out a small problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. Both took my problem as something that needed sorting and not an annoyance.
I must say that the friendliness of all the staff and their willingness to, in my opinion, go the extra mile to help me, was very much appreciated.
I saw lots of customers there and they were all treated In the same friendly way. Many were returning customers and the staff knew their names and knew their details and processed their paperwork promptly.
Would I use their services again? A definite YES!

We went to Gorseinon Travel House and we were assisted by Lindsey. She was very obliging and worked really hard to sort out a holiday for us.
