Sue in the Llanelli office was very helpful. She had to check with the bus company that I could have front row seats and then the bus company had to check with the hotel that I could have an accessible room in the hotel. It took a while but everything has been booked.

The representative was very pleasant and polite, and obviously had good knowledge and experience. She listened to what we wanted, offered options and made helpful suggestions, and helped with extras including booking a tour and travel insurance. She took her time and made the whole process very easy.

Great visit to Llanelli Travel house
Went into Travel house in St Elli Shopping centre, we usually book online, however we did not really know what we wanted !! Its like a sweetshop online , everything looks so good!
A great smile and warm welcome from Naz as we walked in. We were booking a family holiday in Spain and she came up with a few ideas. Very good customer service and we booked and now looking forward to it.
