It is a scam. Do not fall for the low price, they will call you and ask you for more money to release the ticket.

Straight forward booking process and…

Straight forward booking process and good prices but the tickets were not sent immediately. I contacted the customer service on Whatsapp the next day and they sent the tickets quickly

Awful Service - DO NOT USE!

This was by far, the WORST flight booking experience I've ever had. I found a great deal in early October for a flight over the holidays.
Strike one: Within minutes of booking, I get a call saying that the flight isn't available and the next best option is $1000 more expensive (still cheaper than any other flight).
Strike two: When my tickets don't arrive for days (after I was told they would be emailed within 20 minutes) the agent I was dealing with was extremely unprofessional and kept repeating: "don't worry ma'am, you'll get the tickets, trust me. You can't find this price anywhere else". I in fact, did not get the tickets!
Strike 3: after a month of STILL NOT RECEIVING my tickets, I'm told there's something wrong with the flight back, and I have to change airlines, for an ADDITIONAL COST! (Still cheaper than anything else I can find). After a week of not receiving these tickets, they finally succumb, and admit that they can't get me my flight at the cost promised.
The entire process lasted about 6 weeks, I lost a month and a half of looking elsewhere for tickets, and the customer service was deplorable. DO NOT USE TRAVEL JUNCTION AT ALL!!!

recently booked a flight and received…

recently booked a flight and received an email confirming my reservation along with the price. The next day, I was contacted by a gentleman named Frank, who informed me that my return ticket wasn’t confirmed due to the flight being full. I immediately asked why it was still available for booking on the website if it wasn’t confirmed. Instead of listening to my concerns, Frank interrupted me repeatedly, not allowing me to finish my sentences.

He then told me that in order to confirm my return ticket, I would need to pay extra for the same flight. This was contradictory: first, he said the flight couldn’t be confirmed because it was full, but then he claimed that paying extra would secure my seat. Throughout the conversation, Frank was rude and clearly frustrated, making the experience very unpleasant.

I’ve since tried to contact customer service again, but I’ve received no response. I strongly advise caution when booking with this website. They advertise low prices but seem to find ways to demand more money later through misleading excuses.
