What a fantastic journey! We cannot thank the Travelous folks enough for creating and seamlessly executing a "once in a lifetime" experience. All of the guides, drivers and airport representatives were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Great itinerary, amazing trip.

Everything went very smoothly. Our guide and driver were very nice and friendly.

My friend and I both had Greece and Turkey on our bucket list for places to visit. Although we were going on a cruise, I wanted to insure our pre trip tour of Athens and all of our stops to Turkey and the Greek islands would be amazing. I contacted Chris with Travelous right away to start the planning process. We had an incredible vacation! When you put your travel plans in the hands of Travelous, you are guaranteed a worry free vacation of a lifetime! From the moment you step off the plane, until you step back on the plane at the end of your vacation, you are spoiled and treated like VIPs! On each tour there was an extremely knowledgeable guide who strives to go above and beyond!

The tour was exactly as advertised. The guide was excellent and the accommodations were the best available.

My experience with Travelous was great! My trip to India couldn't have been planned any better for the specific amount of time I was visiting the country and for the mix of things I was able to see in that timeframe. From the initial planning stage with Chris to the execution of the actual tours with my different guides throughout the country, the trip was catered exactly to what I was looking for on my India travel experience.

I really enjoyed all of the historical sites, the different interactions I had with all of the various guides in each of the cities (all of them had different tour guiding personalities, so I learned something new from each one), and even little things like how great of a driver I had to help navigate us through the organized chaos of city streets.

I do think the less traditional tour experiences were some of the coolest excursions I've ever done anywhere in the world-- specifically the touring Old Delhi by food options and the eating dinner with a local family experience.

Having all the stressful parts of travelling taken care of, such as the airport reps at each location shepharding us through the checkin and visa process. Having amazing guides and drivers everywhere, excellent accommodation and meal experiences!

The customer service from planning to actual traveling, to getting on the plane leaving Lima was just simply outstanding. Guides Anna Sofia and Mariela were fabulous. The attention to detail, completely organized every minute, just can't praise Travelous enough. Johanna and her team are awesome.

TRAVELOUS provided a perfect custom Egypt trip! They managed every tour , connection , and interaction seamlessly. The main office had a pretrip zoom call. All of the tour guides were experts. In addition they knew people in each of their cities. We felt very safe and were walking with friends . We were never brought to souvenir shops. Any questions we had were answered promptly. If we wanted to go to a area we read about - the answer was always sure no problem!
All the hotels were top shelf . The food was great

Thank you, Chris, for a unique and unforgettable trip for us all. Our 21-day trip itinerary to Egypt, Jordan, and Israel was action packed, educational, historical and seamless. We felt pampered by our airport reps and drivers. Our Egyptologist and tour guides communicated in depth knowledge and brought the subject matter to life! Our hotel accommodations were first class with excellent food choices and unforgettable views.

The trip arrangements were seamless from start to finish. Airport reps, drivers, tour guides and hotels were top notch. It was a perfect trip and was so happy we picked Travelous. They made our dream trip to the Holy Land and Egypt memorable. Would 100% use them again.

We approached Chris to help us with an overland tour of Egypt (no cruises, please). We preferred to make all air and accommodation arrangements ourselves. Chris graciously agreed and provided a proposal for the guided tour. He was very convincing in his logistics and presentation. So, after several iterations, we’ve settled.

My primary concern was the quality of the guides. I met too many guides who provided you with chronology and numbers without going in depth. I am happy to report that my concerns were not justified.

The tour organization was EXCELLENT. Transitions between representatives and tour guides were seamless. We had four tour guides: three in Cairo and one in Luxor and Aswan (our original Cairo guide got sick after one day, so we had two other guides as a replacement). They were different personalities: some more conventional than others. But they all were excellent professionals displaying knowledge and passion for the subject. And that is what made this trip so exciting and rewarding.

It was an individual tour – just for the two of us. Our guides provided their full attention, answering our numerous questions. As a result, we’ve got a new look at Egypt – a country with mysterious history covering so many different periods. Its connection with more familiar to us Greco-Roman civilization became obvious.

We definitely will contact Travelous and Chris in the future for other trips.

We had a once in a lifetime experience in Egypt. The tour guides Lamy & Eman were phenomenal and very well versed in the history of the pyramids and temples. What made it even more special was the fact that they were open to alternative theories, which made the tour so much fun. We felt safe and secure at all times. Top notch trip!

The Travelous staff is amazing, and the trip was well planned down to the last detail! They were universally friendly, helpful and entertaining, a tall order. We would do it again in a heartbeat!!

Everything was amazing from the moment we landed!! Nothing was overlooked and we loved every Travelous team member we met. All of them seemed to be part of a big happy family and we felt like family before we left!! They tended to our every need and allowed us to make changes any time we wanted. They even took me to very good doctors for an infection I had and the treatment was excellent!!
We were blown away by the depth of knowledge each guide displayed and, of course, were completely amazed by the things we were seeing.
Overall, the trip of a lifetime!!
