Do not use this travel company
Do not use this travel company. This is my second complaint with these and everytime the customer is wrong instead of right. Despite providing evidence im still wrong and they side with the hotelier. During my recent visit to Rhodes and the sunshine hotel which is rated as 4* i put forward my multiple issues only for each one to be disregarded. Customer relations is not for the customer.

Specific Hotel no longer operated while checkin in
Checked into an hotel room that was purchased on travel republic website. Upon arriving at the address, the new owners with a different company operating at the address said they have no information on the booking. Called Travel Republic , they sent a reference of the new hotel operating at the original hotel address , this still did not work. Waited several hours in the lobby, Travel Republic did not rebook an alternative hotel. Had to rebook a new hotel at my own expense after waiting several hours in the lobby.
I have not received my payment for the second hotel costs. After a very long journey, and not been able to checkin, waiting several hours at the lobby , given no alternative hotel and having had to pay for an replacement hotel at my own expense, I personally would never book from Travel Republic again.

I am still waiting for details on my cancelled flight home
I am still waiting for details on my refund on the Qatar flight that we were unable to return home on, We had to arrange for our own flights home at the beginning of March, I finally received a refund for some of the additional days we had to pay for in the Maldives but not everything, I am claiming for the flights and hotels e had to book to finally get home which was horrendous, my insurance company will not pay up until I receive the refund for the return flight, I have emails Travel Republic numerous times and the last i was told it would take 12 weeks to come through, we have been home 21 weeks now this is beyond a joke as I paid out a lot of money on 2 hotels and 3 different flight, I would really like someone to sort this out please,

Years of using this company and still as good!!
I've always used Travel Republic and never had a problem with them, I think they've moved operations out of the UK (not sure) but still as quick and easy to book. I recently decided to change the hotel I've booked and did this in seconds online with no need to speak to an operator, confirmation came through instantly and am good to go!

Return flight was cancelled
Return flight was cancelled, Easyjet sent them the refund money but they don't think they should refund me the flight cancellation money. And they expected me to hang around in Egypt for 1 week for another flight which they thought was reasonable! Thieves

Avoid This Company – One of the Worst Customer
If I could give zero stars, I would.
If you're looking for a stress-free holiday, don't start with Travel Republic.
After their website repeatedly failed to complete my booking, I spent over 2½ hours on the phone trying to book a simple package holiday.
The result? Endless transfers, repeated call disconnections, long waits, contradictory information, poor communication, and absolutely nobody taking responsibility.
After all that time:
* No booking.
* No solution.
* Just wasted time, unnecessary phone costs, and a great deal of frustration.
The biggest irony is that the department responsible for selling holidays managed to talk a customer out of booking one.
The good news is that Travel Republic isn't your only option. Plenty of other companies sell exactly the same holidays, often at better prices and, based on my experience, with far better customer service.
I've submitted a formal complaint to the Managing Director, but as a customer my advice is simple: save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

First time booking with TR in ages
It has been a long time since I've booked with travel republic. I am so glad I booked. Holiday was cheaper than jet 2 and easyJet. Same holiday but it meant I could choose different airport and saved on luggage and transfers
