I would like to share my experience buying airline tickets with the support of Andrew. I was buying tickets for different members of my family and there were problems with the cards payment. Andrew kept his composure and reassured me that there must be something that wasn’t working properly and in time everything will be fine. He remained professional and did not lose patience & stayed professional and no frustration showed in his voice. I would recommend him 100% to my friends and family. Thank you for a job well done

Chasing my flight refund from July 2018; now it is close to November! The 'refunds team' does not encourage direct contact with customer and the agents are rubbish. Gonna log complaint!

Andrew has been very helpful

Good service from Travelshoppers. They were the cheapest flight at the time. Also had a problem whilst processing but the travel agent assistant was able to assist within good time.

Would recommend them as they have online and telephone options to contact them. So there is always someone to talk to if there's a problem in business hours.
