I booked a last minute short break to Rome through Andrew Edmond and he was fantastic, finding a hotel that was in a quite area that's suits my families needs, with great restaurants on our doorstep at very affordable prices.
The Gocity vouchers that we had were great and we managed to see everything that we had wanted to at su h a good price.
Andrew gave me so much information which really helped and he has been so helpful throughout booking the holiday, checking on us, and arranging a private transfer too and from the airport.
Definitely recommend Andrew to anyone and everyone

This just gets from Bad to Worse!

We have been forced to enter into their terms of a refund by agreeing to their Admin fees.

By not agreeing, they fail to maintain commuiction with you via phone and email, to allow you to fully understand the terms of the refund fee until you agree! I want my money back so felt pressured\forced into agreeing.

These people fail to understand that while taking their fees for doing nothing, I have continued to make calls to them for 3 solid months. I have also made calls to the Airline for 2 Solid months. Who will reimurse the cost of the calls made.

And again, they make things up at will as each individual goes along by stating that the refund will be in the account by 10-12 weeks initially, then it changed to 12,24 or 48 hours, and again yesterday, Jessica suggested it could take up to 12-14 weeks. The goal post keeps on changing with this lot!

Avoid doing any buisness with these fraudulent lot!

The worst customer service I have ever received. Attempting to get a refund for a extended-family holiday and all we are met with is 'its not REALLY our problem'.. Spoken to multiple members of staff and all are just as rude, disrespectful and unprofessional as each other!
Wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy! Would of be 0 if I could & I have made this account to soley warn people of them

Very professional and efficient service from Jessica. She was very helpful and polite in helping me with my booking and accommodating my travel dates and requirements.

5 star service from Rodger would definitely recommend. Rodger has gone out of his way to help me with prices and times for tickets which I required.

I keep getting spam calls and messages from travelshoppers and I have explicitly asked them to remove my details off their system. They have refused to do so and continue to spam me. I have not subscribed to anything and they are still misusing my details. Please stop contacting me!! You are not being GDPR COMPLIANT
