DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY MISLED ME
I booked a flight yesterday with Travelshoppers to St Lucia and they confirmed that I had 2 pieces of hand luggage at 23kgs, and then confirmed that I could check one piece of luggage in the hold. I specially asked this question as I always travel with a large suitcase and small handbag. They said that was fine and that I could check my suitcase in the hold. I was unsure about the allowance after receiving the E-ticket & booking details so I checked with BA direct today who confirmed that what I had been told was incorrect. I booked the flight on the basis of what I'd been told and they deliberately misled me. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service and 5 star travel agent assistant. It did not take long for me to decide and book my flight as the travel agent is very helpful clear, perfect attention to details . I will highly recommend it to my friends and will book my future holidays in Travelshoppers.

After looking at few deals on Momondo, I gave call to travel shoppers to book my flight tickets. Brock answered and helped me to book the tickets with even better deal. I read few reviews on trip advisors regarding booking tickets with travel agents and was bit worried but still decided to go ahead. I had e tickets emailed to me in less than 15 minutes. I went on the airline website and could see my booking and was relieved. Few days later to logged in on the airline website to select the seats and realized my inbound flight timing have been changed and had a layover of over 11 hours. Call Brock again who assured no need to worry and he will sort it out. As he was about to call it a day and start only at 1pm next day he said he will call around 5pm with an update. I get a call next day around 1.45pm with few flight options and in no time he rebooked my tickets ( no extra charge) and with even better deal. He has been really amazing and helpful. Will definitely give a call to Brock to book the flights next time I plan holidays. Thanks Brock

At the time Mr Brock made it sound so good as it good to be true .
I book a flight for my mother and paid by debit card supplied my mother passport detail as I received the e-ticket after a few hours later I checked the details ,he put the wrong title on the e-ticket , I rang them up inform about the error James told me they will call me back within 24hours , no show

My customer service rep Sara was very very helpful and called me back with a good flight recommendation where she got me a cheaper flight with more luggage allowance and a chance to stay in another country with a stop over. Very helpful and pleasant, would recommend booking with Sara again
