They can not be reached, thye manage not to respond to message from June 20, 2020, on the phone they refer to their website, have the guts to call an "e-mail form" E-mail, which obviously is not the same, calling an form for emial is misleading and according to the disablities rights act is even i discriminatiion not to have an option, their form only allows for a certain amount of characters, you can only add one attachment (which thye obsiously do not even read). When trying to call them they do not answer at all .... they blame Covid, the airlines m.m. my friend and I had booked the same trip I via the airline he via travelstore ... I got an answer at the airline within 1 week (NOTE March 2020) and the money within 4 weeks when I asked for it .... he is still waiting, for en amout around 1000€, which he obviously need. He works with Covid patients so now I stepped in to help him ... Ps they also sold him a travel insurance that only applies in Europe to him even though our trip was outside Europe. So always just book at the airlines themself, better en quickers service and cheaper ..

Scam company doesn't refund your money
Very bad experience. Very poor customer service and empathy. They do not answer to emails concerning repayment of money they owe. Even though the Airlines has refunded for the tickets cancelled, they have not refunded me the money. They have not even answered my mails when I requested to know the status of my refund. It looks more like a money making racket. They have another sister company called flygpoolen.se and the experience there too is the same.

Bad customers service
It's not possible to get a refund if you choose to cancle your flight, and it's not possible to change the destination of your flight either, eventhough you contact them 4 months in advance. Last but not least the date of flight is only possible to change for a minimum of 3000 kr.

Cannot, however, agree with you on the concerns as, firstly, Flightfinder is bound to follow the international rules and regulations of the field, which prescribe to obey the directives of the particular ticket.
Therefore the offer you have received on a change is only based on the mentioned (in the ticket rules) fees, tax and fare difference (if applicable) and administration fee as per reservation rules.
Must underline that very rare, but some airline tariffs are not re-routable; that is - the request of changing the destination or the departure city cannot be satisfied.
This, as you understand, are not connected to the time frame of taking contact with us , but is the constant mandate of the booked tariff.
In any case we welcome you to take contact again, giving us the exact dates of a desired change, so that we can search for the possibility.

The prices change when searching the site
The prices change when searching the site which is annoying. It's difficult to find the same price twice and when you find it and decide to buy it, there's a timeout and the price no longer exists.
