Great dining experience from start to finish. Staff professional and courteous throughout. The food was delicious. Delightful ambience.

I belieive the staff in this hotel worked together as a team. We found all the staff helpful and friendly .
We loved the situation . The stay was low cost but the service and experience was greatly better than a hotel with a much higher price ticket. I would recommend it to anybody.

We have visited The Mill on many occasions and will come back here again. Hotel has a wonderful position overlooking the Meadows, perfect for walking. Nice bar, comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff very abliging.

The Lanesborough provided excellent service, with very attentive and helpful staff. We used a Travelzoo voucher and had the set menu which has just two choices per course. The food was excellent. I chose the grilled sea trout. It came with a very small amount of pre-mashed vegetable mix, but no other regular vegetables, and no side dishes were listed on the menu. Weird, but still very tasty.

Travelzoo is an excellent company that offers amazing deals on holidays in the UK and abroad. We have used many of the hotel breaks and been very pleased with them all.

Where do you see a date that my membership will renew upon???
I KNOW! NO date (other than SOON) was shown... until I received the Renewed Membership notice which arrived 20 minutes ago with NO way to Cancel.
Is this LEGAL? I don't believe So!  I want to be included in any Class Action Lawsuit that follows.

Contacted Travelzoo on the same day my membership auto-renewed — before the money had even left my account — to request a cancellation and refund. What followed was days of templated responses, passed between multiple agents, none of whom made any attempt to exercise goodwill or resolve the complaint fairly.
They are technically within their terms and conditions. But a company that refuses to refund a same-day cancellation request, before a payment has even cleared, is not one I would recommend or use again.
Account now cancelled. Would not return.

The process was easy. The manager made my reservation so quickly. My checkin process was flawless. The front desk person was personable and gave great directions. The room was clean and very spacious. So happy there was a refrigerator in the room! Loved that parking was included and that we were able to explore Chicago withOUT having to find and pay for parking.

A lovely hotel in a great location for lots of other attractions. Very welcoming staff and great amenities throughout. Ample free parking, lovely breakfast. Our third visit and we'll definitely be going again.

Easy to purchase and no problem using the voucher. My daughter and I had a super time at Winterbourne House and Gardens

A warm welcome for our overnight stay at The Holford Arms, rooms are simple, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent food and a decent bar, would go back.

I've run out of things to say and especially of superlatives when it comes to The Old House At Home. The food never disappoints. The quality is exceptional and the presentation stunning. The food is truly made with love and is on a par with the standards in many a Michelin starred restaurant, but without the heart stopping price tag. Staff are always efficient and attentive and make you feel completely welcome. I always leave 100% satisfied and looking forward to my next visit

The breakfast on day one was not very satisfactory, very small portions. 1/4 slice of fried bread. The poached egg so tiny, yolk hard, tablespoon of beans, veggie sausage not cooked.
Cannot fault the staff. Very helpful and pleasant.

The deal for 2 nights at Tregenna Castle resort with money towards dinner at the hotel on the 1st night was a good one. The room was clean, and bed comfortable. Staff were generally friendly, and dinner was better than expected. The hotel is well placed for St Ives, and if you are a golfer the deal included a round of their 9 hole course (we are not). Breakfast was the weak point. Ok if you wanted a greasy full English, but the continental option was very poor, the only bread was thin sliced packaged bread, and coffee very disappointing. Cereal selection not good. I would have been extremely unhappy with breakfast if I had been paying the full rate

Really had a lovely time at st Leonard’s restaurant in west malling food was fantastic 👍
