Not worth it. Save your money as there are better deals without membership fees. IMO it's just a way for them to make money on subscriptions that people forget about cancelling. If they really cared about deals and customer satisfaction they would prorate their memberships so you can cancel and still get a part of the fee back.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms fine. Good location for visiting Whaley and Chitheroe

The offer for the Holford Arms was clear and was implemented without a problem when we arrived.
The room at the pub was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The pub is in the process of impoving the ancilliary facilities such as the garden nd car park.

We redeemed our Bread Street Kitchen voucher in Liverpool. Booking was very easy, staff were welcoming and attentive, food was great. All in all the travelzoo experience was great value and easy to redeem.

We have used Travelzoo offer vouchers many times and they have always been good value and have enabled us to visit places we would have otherwise missed. Deals are always as advertised. Never any problem redeeming the vouchers. I look forward to the weekly travelzoo offers and hope to be booking many more breaks through Travelzoo in the future.

Travelzoo always pick great accommodation for its users. The Crown Hotel Blockley didn’t disappoint. The village is stunning which was a definite plus. The hotel is quirky as it’s had to be re configured from its build in 16th Century.
The staff are lovely ,always smiling ,very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Everywhere was clean and tidied regularly. The food is good and the portions are generous. Although there were a lot of guests , The Crown seemed to have a crowd of regulars in attendance as well. Would definitely recommend a visit here.
Suggestion, if you have mobility issues let them know and they will put you into a suitable room.
It would be a good idea to put some decaf coffee sachets in the room as well to save guests having to pick some up at breakfast. Good luck to the team and hope they continue to provide a positive experience in a lovely village

Lovely place on the edge of a very pretty village it was quiet and peaceful. Good room, excellent breakfast and evening meal. Friendly staff

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Relais in Henley on Thames.
Every staff member we met was polite, professional and helpful.
We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, although initially there was a slight mixup on our booking this was quickly rectified.
The hotel itself was well situated and it was easy to get to all points of Henley.
The slight downside is that there is no parking at the hotel site and it’s a short walk possibly 8 to 10 minutes away for parking although you are well informed of this at time of booking.
We will definitely be returning to enjoy the warmth and ambience of The Relais.

Nice venue and staff. However two simple mistakes on our order made it embarrassing. Food was ok. The duck starter was very overcooked but the fish bites were lovely. Overall value for money but not worth a revisit .

Pork chop is a must. Rib eye (special, not on menu) is a must.
Our server, Shafiq, was great.
All good.

Sadly a souless place in a beautiful location, run by a skeleton staff of young inexperienced people!
When we arrived there was no one on reception, we waited 15 minutes - I had to go and find someone to check us in, when I did find the receptionist, he rudely told me, he’d only been gone 2 minutes and wouldn’t be long!!
A reception should be constantly manned - what happens if there is an emergency?!
The spa is ok, nothing special, the treatment I paid for was ok, but not as per the description.
Our room had a fantastic view over the golf course, the room was ok. The food was good and couldn’t fault the service in the restaurant or bar area.
As mentioned, an absolutely stunning location, but wouldn’t go again.

THE SETTING OF THE HOTEL IS AMAZING,THE VIEW OVER THE GOLF COURSE WAS BEAUTIFUL,AND THE SUNSET WAS GORGEOUS.
THE STAFF WERE ALL SO FRIENDLY , RECEPTION SONYA COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL. OUR DINNER WAS DELICIOUS, AND THE CHEF WENT OUT OF HIS WAY WHEN I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED BAKED SALMON BUT IT WAS NOY AVAILABLE,SO HE PROVIDED SMOKED SALMON INSTEAD, MADE INTO FIVE FLOWERS LIKE ROSES OR TULIPS SO PRETTY, AND WITH USUAL VEGETABLES. KAREN RESTAURANT MANAGER WAS PARTICULARLY HELPFUL.
HIS BREAKFAST WAS ALSO WELL COOKED INCLUDED MY GLUTEN FREE TOAST COOKED IN A SEPARATE TOASTER IN THE KITCHEN ,NOT ON THE HORRID CONVEYOR BELT TOASTER IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM. ALWAYS A PAIN . ROOM SPOTLESS TOO.

Nothing special, but enjoyable. Paid for an upgrade to a twin room. Didnt think the room we were given ( number 10) was that special and it certainly was not a twin. So that was disapointing.
Moule starter was great the rest of the food was acceptable. Brrakfast was ok but we have had much better. We would go again though.

Exceptional service everywhere on the property. So many staff around to help, always with a smile and pleasant greeting. The room was huge. The bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms. Loved the open air indoor shower! The food was excellent and reasonably priced. There were numerous comfortable outdoor lounge areas. Housekeeping was very attentive. The overall atmosphere was luxurious. If we could afford it we would stay here all the time. Loved it!

My friend and I booked this as X HND Management and Hotel people . Thought it was a spectacular building and position . Paper moon restaurant set menu was lovely . Good service , friendly staff . Food good .
The guy in lobby was very informative of the history of building it was fascinating . Would go back and try one of the other restaurants maybe . Great expierence thank you all .

Excellent price, hotel situated in a pretty Cotswold village, lovely church with an association to the Father Brown tv series. Enjoyable evening meal and breakfast cooked to order. Very friendly staff.

Excellent Service
It was not the first time we have been to this restaurant at the Clermont Charing Cross.
We enjoyed it so much we had to go back. The Staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was great and the restaurant is beautiful, It is a real treat.
Absolutely going back.
