I really enjoyed my visit. It was very busy but I managed to find some quiet spots. Dinner was delicious and the service was excellent.
The views from the hotel and restaurant are stunning.
The spa is excellent too. It’s nice they’ve restricted to over 16s. I had a lovely massage by Louise and Georgia who works in the spa was really friendly and helpful. I used the gym early morning as it was very well equipped and quiet too.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return based on my enjoyable experience.

The Holiday Inn Mansfield and its staff were absolutely outstanding during our three day visit. The food was excellent and the staff were so kind and helpful. We shall certainly go back again. The Travelzoo package was a great deal and I look forward to similar packages. Extremely good value.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food on the first night with canapes and cocktails couldn't be faulted.
Breakfasts were good but unfortunatley there wasn't any yoghort or marmalade on the first morning due to a fault with the fridge. I think someone could have nipped to the shops and purchased replacements.

Well worth a visit, great exhibits, wonderful location and surroundings with an excellent cafe onsite.

At the Bear and Swan the foood was imaginative and excellent, and the service impeccable.

I purchased a voucher for a 30 mins Swedish massage, use of spa facilities and afternoon tea on Travelzoo. There were some aspects I liked but not enough to return.

I really did not like the decor in this hotel. All the knick knacks were kitsch and I found them in poor taste and excessive so the ambience was more like your nan's front room from the 1950s than a London hotel.

The changing room was very small so could only accommodate two people changing. The sauna was fine but there was no steam room although there was a Hamman room.
The massage was okay.
We enjoyed the afternoon tea.

Part of the travel zoo deal was an executive room and the room we had was so basic no little extra touches not even a box of tissues , no one serviced the room on the second day so I had to go to reception for coffee, milk and dry towels . The service in the restaurant on the first night was terrible we were in there 35 minutes before they took our order and another 25 minutes for our meal to arrive, part of the travel zoo deal was a bottle of house wine with our meal , we were told they had no house wine so they brought us a bottle of Pinot Grigio, that was fine but the second night when my husband said the the waiter is it Pinot Grigio the waiter said “No it’s travel zoo wine” we felt this was very rude and embarrassing, the food was okay nothing special, most of the staff were very nice , but all in all we were very disappointed with our stay , and would never stay there again

Excellent value spa day using Travelzoo vouchers.

Our party of 5 spent a great day at the Dalmeny Hotel in Lytham St Anne's enjoying their spa facilities.

We all had massage included and could choose either a facial/neck or full back massage. The therapist was excellent.

We joined in the aqua aerobics class in the afternoon to add to the fun and then topped the day off with a delicious afternoon tea.

All the staff went out of their way to make sure that our experience was good. It might not have been the poshest spa we've ever been to but top marks for value for money and customer service.

The set menu only has two choices for each course but they were very tasty and beautifully presented.

Lovely ‘home from home’ hotel. Staff very attentive, professional and friendly. Food great. Beds were really comfy, so all in all a very positive experience.

I signed up for a free trial, got hit with the yearly fee (I was okay with that). Then I emailed the company asking to cancel, life got busy and I forgot. -I have never used any of the services from this company & I had marked them as spam, and didn’t see the renewal email that was sent a month before & when I called and told them that I requested to cancel, they couldn’t find the email I sent. Customer service was not very helpful regarding getting this sorted it and said due to membership terms, they wouldn’t be able to make an exclusion. BEWARE, this could easily happen to you.
