Placed an online order for over 320 lbs. of batteries and paid for UPS ground shipping. This raised concerns for the product arriving undamaged. Rose with TRC call me to discuss freight options and left a message. I called and left her a message; realizing it was the end of the day and that the next day I would be near the TRC warehouse I could just stop by. AJ was great in taking care of me. I was able to speak with Rose, who worked at a different TRC location and was able to get my shipment. AJ and Greg were very helpful with loading the shipment and making sure everything was good. Update 3: TRC has reached out to me now. They have sent me notification of shipping a replacement power supply.
Update 2: Still waiting for TRC Electronics to arrange replacement of OWA-200U-48. Sent email and then after no response called and spoke to someone on the phone that was "waiting to get word from someone else at TRC on the replacement." You have my web order number. It would be nice if whomever wrote the response below took that and arranged the replacment. It's not looking good at this point.
Update 1: I have contacted sales at trcelectronics dot com. In my case it is the OWA-200U-48 and not the OWA-200U-24.
I think you might be confusing my case with the other recently posted case. The OWA-200U-48 Meanwell DC power supply I purchased from TRC Electronics was defective on arrival. It created extreme RFI despite being recommended by the manufacturer of the component it was powering (a Hardrock 50+ amp). To diagnose the problem was due to the OWA-200U-48 I had to purchase a linear power supply (a Lambda LK 345A). Customer service said return/replacement was only possible in a 30 day window. When I sent a screen capture from the TRC website that said 60 day window, customer service changed tack and said because I changed the barrel plug to a Molex connector I wasn't eligible for return or replacement in the 60 day window. The power supply I received isn't going to be resold whether or not it has the original plug. I would like to get what I paid for, a functioning power supply -- not a power supply that has some unknown problem. It's inexcusable that customer service wasn't aware of the correct return/replace time frame. The RFI hash is terrible and visible in my icon.

Customer service was exceptional! I ordered the wrong parts (my fault) and they went out of their way to take back the wrong parts and send me the right ones. I'll be ordering parts from them again.
