TR Davies Reviews

I have been blown away by the service provided by Tim Davies and his colleagues. Not only did they fit me in for a survey promptly but the report came earlier than expected and was not only informative but very useful on a number of levels. I had three specific questions which Tim answered in the report. The photos were numerous and detailed. I will always be using Tim in any future house purchase and recommend him highly.

I have used T. R. Davies for two separate level 3 full building surveys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Tracy is very helpful, and whenever I need a survey moving forward, I will always go back to Tim for his attention to detail and the quality of his reports.

I have used Tim twice over the years to carry out a full home buyers survey for our houses, after a less scrupulous local "surveyor" done some work for us.
He is approachable and professional, his reports are factual and detailed and not a generic document unlike the other surveying company we used.
I would have no problem with recommending Tim to carry out further works for me or family in the future.

Great communication, was able to do the house survey within a week of asking, didn't have to wait long for the results and was good to have drone pictures of the roof. Overall a positive experience and would highly recommend.

I’ve used T R davies on several occasions now, and will continue to do so. The staff have always been more than helpful, and quick to respond to any queries.
The surveys that have been requested have always been completed quickly, without delay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Tim provided a detailed report alongside a large selection of high quality photographs of the property. Highly recommend

We contacted TR Davies for a Level 3 Full Building Survey on a house we are in the process of purchasing - they fitted us in at relatively short notice, and after my call dealt with the estate agent so took the stress out of organising the visit etc - very easy process and follow up - Would 100% recommend :)

Service was great from initial inquiry, arranging the survey visit and receiving the report.

Lots of information provided in the report and a large number of photos provided for reference which you can download to keep.

We had used TR Davies about ten years ago during our first house purchase and Tim was the first person I thought of for our second purchase and I am glad to say that I got the same brilliant service as before; (from both Tim and his office-based staff).

Very happy returning customer

I have used T R Davies twice in the past 12 months and they have responded quickly, been thorough and efficient in their reports, provided extensive photos and all in all have done a splendid job for me.

The survey was completed quickly and photos and report were easy to access. Overall, a great service with no problems.

TR Davies provided an excellent service, his level 3 survey was completed and returned to us within a couple of weeks, his search and report was very informative, clear and thorough, his suggestions were very helpful and he could be contacted through his secretary who was very helpful. Tim also provided an informed estimated of how much work might cost to improve the state of the property, this was very useful when negotiating the purchasing price. Highly recommended.

Tim did my house survey at short notice. He was incredibly professional and provided an exceptional service. I liaised with him through his PA Tracy who was friendly and polite throughout and understood the business. I would definitely use T R Davies again. Amazing service.

Professional photographs and report including drone pictures . Survey was promptly performed and happy with TR Davies services

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication great and full explanations given of our questions in regards the survey and process.
I cannot fault Tim in any way. Would use his services again with no hesitation and have referred friends to him.
5+stars

I recently asked Tim to undertake a level 3 survey on an old property i was purchasing. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and produced a thorough report which also included loads of quality pictures taken by camera and via his drone, great aerial shots of the roof and land etc.

The report was produced quickly and written in plain English which was great for me! Tim also talked me through his findings to ensure I had opportunity to ask questions.

I highly recommend Tim , so don't hesitate to contact him.

This company was a pleasure to do business with and everyone I dealt with was highly professional. Mr Davies carried out a very thorough survey of my late father's property. I would like to give a special mention to Tracy who was so supportive and helpful. She handled everything so smoothly. I would recommend using TR Davies.

Brilliant service from TR Davies. They did a level 3 full building survey for a property I was selling. They completed & provided a full report in a very timely & efficient manner. Extremely thorough. Would highly recommend.

We instructed T R Davies to carry out a survey on a property we were buying.
The survey was arranged quickly and carried out efficiently.
The report was prepared within the required timeframe and had all the necessary detail.
T R Davies was a pleasure to deal with throughout and would highly recommend.

I instructed Tim to undertake a survey on a property I was buying (actually ended up being 2 surveys on different houses due to the joys of house buying) Tim was professional, responsive and provided a clear report which included pictures and drone images. Tim’s is ably supported by a fab team and Tracy went over and above to ensure a great service. No hesitation in recommending this company.

I instructed Tim at T R Davies for a full building survey and market valuation in early 2025.

His service was efficient and reliable, and he produced a very detailed report which was accurate and informative.

I also regularly recommend Tim to anyone looking for an experienced surveyor.
