Internet is very slow

Internet is very slow. How can be so slow?? I have Telenor before internet is 100 times better than I have now

And another things your company should know that your men staff in Marieberg are impolite! Every times I called he hang out the phone. He is not Swedish I can hear his accent.
They don't have service mind! Once I have been there with my son the staff talked not nice and look down at us in the way that we have no money to buy Iphone 15. So we left and bought in Elgiganten instead!

The customer service is not friendly

The man who I talked to is kind of impolite. He just raised his voice when answering my questions. He is impatient.

Really bad

I have customer for a year and..... beginning ok but furhter on wifi and phone service degraded (measured by different speed test tools). When reaching for support, the tre AI only refers you to 3community to search for other customer posts but never truly bring you to tech support. According to tre AI, is it not allowed to contact tre support which is against konsumentköplagen. so company is well designed to escape their provided services

Did not get my item after 1 month

My experience with 3 has been deeply disappointing. I ordered products on November 3rd and am still waiting a month later.
I have tried to resolve this by calling support a minimum of 5 times. Instead of a solution or the truth, I keep getting fed the same line that delivery is coming "next week." I have lost trust in their support. I expect this resolved immediately.

3 Sverige keeps calling me every day and trying to sell me their shit. I’m blocking every number and kindly asking them to not call me, but they keep at it. This company is a joke.
