The product failed to protect our lovely new decorative larch fence. It developed mould and turned black. The supplier came out, did tests and confirmed that the wood did not contain moisture - and then denied all responsibility. Very disappointing having spent a lot of money on the Treatex product - it ruined our fence.

Very prompt delivery and well packaged but although not damaged enough to leak the container was significantly dented and creased. It would appear no one bothered to check the condition of the tin before despatch. Poor service for a high value item.

Samples were delivered promptly in a study box. Came with little stirrers to mix before use. Also had information leaflets about the product which was useful to have to hand and refer to rather than looking up the website.
Colours are true to what I expected and easy to apply!

A little goes a long way so doesn't work out to be as expensive as initially thought. Good finish and hopefully hard wearing. Time will tell

My ‘Douglas Fir Protection’ order arrived on time and without incident. Application is proving to be straight forward. The next criteria to judge on will be effectiveness over time.

I have received all products quickly. The sample pots were inexpensive and very useful. The Colour Tones Ultra and Hardwax Oil clear which I subsequently ordered were very easy to apply and the results were excellent.

Just used some Treatex on worn areas on an engineered oak floor which was last treated when new in 2012. Has had tenants in and has survived well. Pleased with the product and easy to use.
