Definitely recommend- very efficient and staff really helpful.

My parcel arrived in the time specified.. sadly they were too small so I returned them for the next size up. Again, a new size was delivered in good time. No problem. Only one niggle is that they don't offer free postage on returns/exchanges, so may put some people off ordering another sise incase that doesn't fit then it gets expensive to keep returning

I ordered two pairs of shoes, both successfully paid for and the order was completed. I had an email confirming delivery of one of the pairs of shoes but not the other so I got concerned. After looking through my junk mail I discovered I'd had another email saying the other pair of shoes were out of stock, even though I'd paid for them. I was frustrated that I was no longer going to get the shoes however TReds refunded the money for the shoes, and sent me a money off voucher so overall their customer service made up for the error.

The shoes fit really well and the whole process was simple and easy, I met with staff in the store before hand to see I'd they would fit and they were all really nice

Treds was very easy to order from (probably a bit too easy) and had the best priced shoes that I wanted on the market. I would have liked to have ordered more but the rest of the shoes I wanted didn't have an offer on unfortunately! Delivery was about average, took my order 3 days to get to me! But will order again!

Absolutely awful. Wanted to score a big fat 0 as when using this on line site my card was cloned and £484 spent on on-line pizzas, in the local area to shop where I'd purchased my boots. Game on line, Tesco online..... the list goes on. Will never ever use them again, or any other on line shop with Trustpilot attached. Very traumatic and I can't state highly enough how brilliant my card company were in the speed they cancelled my card and noticed the theft. Extremely disappointed.
