Boots arrived really quickly. Unfortunately they were too tight so I returned them to my local shop (Worthing) who although initially seemed unfamiliar with how to do online returns on their till made every effort to persevere & sort the issue out in a friendly & calm manner. They offered an exchange but as I had already reordered online this was not required. Everyone in the shop was friendly & helpful.
Second pair of boots fitted perfectly ... will definitely purchase from Treds again! Thanks to all involved!

Has student discount which is good. Has a range of shoes and some clothing. Converse are my favourite and there is always a range of colours however staff in the store make me nervous as they always watch what I’m doing and start at me and it makes me feel uncomfortable hence why ordering online

l placed my order but received no order confirmation email had to contact customer services, who then responded that my order was on its way but there was only an order no on their email and no details of what i had actually purchased, very poor communication, don't think i will shop with this company again purely for this reason, my order though arived promptly and i was pleased with my purchase
