Paying for returns means I’d never use again
The item didn’t fit - not their fault - but I objected to having to pay for a recorded delivery return. I paid £35 for shoes and delivery and another £5 to pay to send them back, and only got £30 back so the whole thing cost me a tenner with nothing to show for it.
I didn’t get the Collect plus return label they say I ordered!

Purchase and return
I ordered some ugg boots, came promptly but sadly had to return as weren't for me. Didn't quite know how to return even though I'd bought the return label on purchase just in case. So phoned the help line number, Stuart answered quickly, looked up the info for me, which was five mins from where I live. Items returned and acknowledgement through immediately received and credit done quickly too. Can't fault in any way.

Exchange for faulty boots, no hassle.
I bought some boots online. They arrived faulty with a small part broken off; it happens. I took them to the nearest store and they were happy to exchange them for another pair. Unfortunately the same model or suitable other boots were not in store and they had to be ordered from the warehouse.
Their service was pleasant and hassle free, other than having to go into town to the store, but that was my choice.
The only negative was the long delivery times. It took about 11 days in total to get a pair of boots I could wear.
