I was looking to buy some Ugg boots…

I was looking to buy some Ugg boots online and found tReds website. The ugg boots were £45 cheaper than they usually are and was on sale. I was suspicious of them being genuine and especially because I have never heard of this company or website. Shoes were delivered within 3 days and they are 100% real, very happy and saved £45!!! Would definitely recommend

Selling stock they don't have

Ordered a pair of shoes on Saturday, emailed on Monday to say out of stock, refund will be coming.
Chose a different colour and paid for them. 20 mins later, order cancelled due to lack of stock.
What kind of company sells things they don't stock? I started to wonder if they are some kind of scammers harvesting credit card numbers?

As you can imagine , that's the end of me ordering anything ever again from tReds.

Our system sometimes experiences slight delays in displaying these items as out of stock on our website during busy periods when one of our stores sells the last pair. So I am very sorry that you have experienced this issue. It is something we are working hard to improve and our stores carry out regular stock takes to ensure our system is kept up to date.

Skechers worn and muddy!!!

Skechers arrived with no tags, mud on soles and logo inside worn
away by use - clearly had been used for some weeks by a previous purchaser!
Advised by e-mail that no more stock so returned with request for refund and ordered elsewhere - 3 days later I received an e-mail from them saying my order was on it's way and although I phoned to stop being sent out it was too late. So much hassle that I will not be using tReds again - was amazed that anyone would even think about sending out the first pair I received as they really were in atrocious condition.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..... My son ordered a pair of trainers to be delivered on a 48 hour delivery. They did not arrive. They have blamed it on Royal Mail although they contradicted themselves and it is obvious that they did not ship them to begin with and did not have the product!! Absolutely disgusted with this firm.... Will never use them again.

Disappointed with customer service

I purchased a pair of Gola trainers and received a completely different style and colour delivered. I understand mistakes happen but what I was disappointed the most about, was a very poor customer service and a lack of personal touch. I sent a couple of emails to the sales team and all I got in return, was a generic email with a collect plus label to print. Nobody apologised for a mistake neither I received an answer to my question asking if they actually had the pair I was after in stock. I received a refund at the end but as an overall experience I rate the company very poorly and wouldn't order from their website again. Aleksandra

Faith totally restored

Just once, a while ago, I had been very slightly disappointed with tReds but I was assured, with a sincere response, that action would be taken to prevent similar minor errors happening again. Absolutely no issues this time. My Jack & Jones shirt (also highly recommended btw) was perfectly packed and arrived pristine.
I'm pleased to be able to recommend tReds without reservation. It's rare enough these days for a company to take the trouble to respond.

Order not received since 23/04/18

I made an order on April 23 for a delivery in France.
At this time, I do not know where my package is because I have no package tracking message.
I sent an email and the company told me that their site is down as if by chance. I am in Ecommerce and as I just told them it is not very serious and their site continues to make orders.
I am waiting for a new response from the company and my refund as this package is unlikely to arrive.
I will not fail to make a next positive or negative comment depending on what happens.
In any case the last negative comments that I just read does not reassure me and reveals problems at this time.
I wait !!
The parcel has arrived this afternoon on 7/05/18 so relieved and consistent with my order

Bad Customer service

The shop in wsm didn't have my size & i was assured my trainers, would be delivered in 48hours & i would receive a text 1st to check i was home. No such thing happened, the minute i left my home, after waiting All morning i missed the delivery & now have to go to Burnham sorting office as im going away tomorrow. Misleading information from Treds has caused me much annoyance & inconvenience!! Indeed when i rang T reds the lass put the phone down after trying to blame the P.O.. Very shoddy customer service

We aim to provide customers with tracking numbers whenever possible. All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail so they usually arrive with your normal post unless you are not in and then will be delivered to a neighbour or taken to your nearest collection office. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

An update on previous post. See the communications from the website supervisor (in reverse order obviously). Funny how the supervisor suddenly finds a new excuse for the terrible customer service. Well tReds you've lost your company a customer for life. I hope you are proud of yourselves.

Unfortunately due to the length of time in which it has taken for this issue to be reported to us we are unable to accept the return of this item. We require any delivery issues including any incorrect items that are received to be reported to us within seven days. As this did not happen I’m afraid that it is impossible for us to investigate this any further.

So trying a shoe on in store, being told by the sales assistant that I needed a larger size, then trying on the larger size in a similar shoe and then being told we will order it in the larger size for you is my mistake in your book? I accept that the size is stated on your delivery note but due to extreme cold weather I did not open the box. I did not expect it to contain the wrong size shoes. I clearly expected to be sent what I had been sold by your employee.
This is not a satisfactory outcome and not an outcome I am willing to accept. Once again I would ask you to reconsider this carefully. I am not trying to scam you,I like and want the shoes. I just want the shoes I was informed in your shop that had been ordered for me in a size 10.
Not that it should matter but I am not your average young customer. I am a man in his 60's in a responsible position, and I don't expect to be treated like this. Please do the right thing here.

I have looked into this with our Truro branch however the only details that we have both in the store and online is that a UK size 9 was ordered and therefore are unable to accept any responsibility for a mistake being made. The would have the size written on the box and also a delivery note is included with all the details of the size that you were sent and how to contact us if there were any issues.

I do sympathise with the fact that these shoes may not be the correct size for you however unfortunately due to the fact that the shoes have been worn outside we are unable to accept these as a return.

Hello,
On 28th January this year I went into your Truro store and after trying on some shoes made an inshore online purchase, which I received a few days later. Order number 06*********
I only opened and wore the shoes yesterday. They felt very tight and when I got home I looked at the size and discovered they were a size 9 instead of a size 10. My normal size is 9 but when I tried a similar pair of sketchers in the store in a size 9 they were too small which is why the order for a size 10 was made by the store online.
The problem is they have been worn for a full day and so there is some discolouration to the soles.
In any event they are not a pair of shoes I can wear without discomfort. Will you exchange them?

Not a good "Online" trader

I bought a pair of Vans trainers off tReds, their pricing was okay and delivery was very quick... at this stage they would have been a 5 star review!

My problem was in the pair shoes I received, the right foot was badly manufactured and was much tighter than the left one (I take a size 9 and have done for 25 years plus... I've never had an issue with my right foot being bigger than the left)... okay so this is not tReds fault... I contacted them, they agreed that I should send the shoes back for inspection, if they deemed the shoe to be defective they would pay for the return postage cost... if not I would be liable for the cost of that postage!

So I send the shoes back at my cost, only to get an email back from tReds stating that there was no fault with the shoes (sorry tReds, there clearly was!)... They then sent me an email telling me my feet were obviously different sizes, but as a good will gesture would send me another pair of shoes... they arrive two days later (good service in that respect)... and these replacement trainers are a perfect fit...

Not knowing if I would be getting refunded for the cost of the tracked postage for me to return the shoes I emailed them asking what the situation was and to date (2 weeks later) I've not had a response... Also the replacement shoes arrived with a new till receipt for the full amount... My email also asked them to clarify if I'd been charged again for the replacements, this question has also not been answered... Okay so I can check my bank account and to date I've not been charged twice, however, I am left in uncertainty!

I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would get back to me before leaving an honest review.. I think two weeks is long enough to realise I won't be getting a reply nor a refund!

The other thing that I realised after receiving the replacement shoes was that the replacement shoes came in the box without laces being fitted, with packing inside the shoes and with tags on them... the first pair had come out of the box with laces fitted, no packing inside and no tags on the shoes... i.e. it's obvious now that these had been sold to another customer and probably for the same reasons as mine, returned due to the smaller right foot! They have obviously been put back into stock and will be sent out to the next unwitting customer who will no doubt return them!

My message to tReds if they want to be a successful online retailer is that they should listen to their customers, they should offer a no quibble and no cost to customer returns and exchange service and if a customer has a genuine problem with a purchased item they should be responsible and accept responsibility without making the customer feel like they are at fault!

All in all, I could have ordered off Amazon (wish I had now) and factoring in the cost of return postage I've now paid more that I would have on Amazon or Chain Reaction... if I'd had the same issues with an Amazon purchase the item would have been exchanged without quibble and (not that I would be looking for it) with Amazon they would have even apologized for the inconvenience!

The feeling I get from my own experience and also reading reviews for tReds is - if you get a good pair of shoes that fit you'll have a good experience, however if you have any issues with your product you should expect problems with customer service!

Items that are "in stock" might not be in stock... but you'll need to wait 3 days to find out!

Awful service, completely unreliable. Ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present on Monday - the website was showing these as available. They waited until Thursday afternoon before emailing to say they couldn't find any in the warehouse and had cancelled the order. Now it's too late to order a replacement anywhere else before Christmas. Thanks a lot! Order ref 600517

Good choice of shoes, terrible customer service

I had some shoes delivered to my home but they were the wrong size. I called my local shop to explain and they said I had 2 years to return. When I went to return them a couple of weeks later they refused to refund. I called customer services and the man on the phone was downright rude. I was left with a credit note for a company I didn't want to spend my money in.

Great boots, great price!

I love Clarks desert boots. tReds had the colour I was looking for at a very good price!
Delivery was swift and hassle free, but as always I would like a checkbox for "deliver directly to pick-up place/post office". It seems like a waste to attempt delivery to home adress when most people are at work during these hours.

A Returning Happy Customer

I have previously ordered shoes from the tReds website, so I knew what to expect. There was no change this time - fast delivery from individual tReds shops, not from a warehouse, exactly as ordered. I was fully satisfied with my shoes, especially at the sale price, and I would recommend tReds, unreservedly, to anyone thinking of purchasing footwear on their on-line site. In my honest opinion, this is an efficient, caring, trustworthy company to deal with.
