I had to return some boots as they were too big. I wasn’t aware that I’d have to pay returns which was annoying however I did have a shop near me and was told on phone that I would get my refund back to my PayPal account within the hour. I returned them on Saturday and by Monday morning I’d not got my refund. I called and the refund was then processed. Think they need to be clear on return policy

Never heard of treds before with living up north and most shops further south, would definitely use these again, boots I ordered were £70 cheaper here than Schuh, they arrived prompt and packaged well. Definitely recommend.
