Truro- excellent service
Excellent service by a male( I didn't get his name) at the Truro branch whilst on holiday there. He arranged for the right size boots which weren't available in the shop to be delivered to my home. There was no pressure only helpful customer service. I had never been to a tReds before but will definitely revisit.

I can see that we have received your return, however, there was tape and stickers over the box which leads the item to become unsellable. Unfortunately, we do not store replacement shoe boxes and so we do state on our website that items must be returned in their original condition.
