Bought 2 trees from Tree Classics and both are good quality, sturdy and good looking. We have a 7 foot and a 4 foot tree both that are lit with lights that blink white and colored. They were shipped fast too. Next time we need a tree we will look here first.
The angel was xactly what my wife wanted.
Received my tree a day ahead of predicted date. Everything in box. Easy to put up. Tree is beautiful.
We have purchased several wreathes & Christmas trees from Tree Classics & have been completely satisfied with everything we have purchased!!
I purchased a much larger tree from Tree Classics at least 10 years ago & it was beautiful! Some of the lights have gone out & I wanted LED & a much narrower tree for the space I had. I just put up the tree last night & fluffed it out. It looks very nice, but I was a little disappointed in the quality of the tree this time. It just seemed that the workmanship wasn't quite as good as the previous tree. Several small branches came out while fluffing it & several small clips were loose & just hanging on the branches. Some of the branches had nubs at the end & no needles. I do love the features & the snap tree & ease of setting it up. All in all it is a nice tree, but I expected a little better quality for the price.

This is my third tree from Tree Classics (12 and 9 ft). My first two trees were fine -- received on time, in good condition with all parts working appropriately. My third tree (a slim 7 ft) arrived on time and good condition. Easy to put together until time to plug them in -- the plug on the mid portion does not have the appropriate number of spots to plug in the top and bottom sections. OOPS! A couple of the branches are floppy and will need to be fixed -- extra brackets come with the tree fortunately. Quality control was not the best on this tree. But otherwise I have had good look with Tree Classics with nice looking trees and lights.

Trees are nice, but need to go further down toward the floor. My BIG beef, is they don't support what they sell. I can't find LED light bulbs for my tree anywhere. Calling support just got me a rep that ssid to go to another companies wed site, "they sell the same lights we use". Guess what? Tthey don't.

I am so happy with my tree. I would live to post a picture. I am a lifelong real tree only person. Thank you for making my Christmas.
We ordered this tree for our niece in Oklahoma, because she has 2 young boys who love Christmas trees but getting a real one is problematic. The boys love colored lights, our niece white lights, so this tree is perfect since you can have both singly or together. I live in Connecticut where Christmas trees are abundant, so I probably will never have an artificial tree. But I can say, you would be hard-pressed to know this was not a real tree even when you're standing close to the needles.
Though she prefers full trees, the area where the tree must go is narrow. But even narrow, this tree is magnificent.
If you wanna treat a look real, do not bother with even the expensive versions at the big Box stores. They wilt beside these trees
For those worried about set-up, it is fairly simple and the most involvement comes when fluffing out the branches.
FORGET Christmas Tree Classics. Their products are UNRELIABLE and if you have a set of lights on your tree that do not work, forget about a replacement piece or replacement tree . . . heck, forget about getting the right replacement lights to string on the tree yourself (which defeats the purpose, anyway, of buying a pre-lit tree). 2015 - tree top doesn't work. Send the wrong replacement lights (since they couldn't send a replacement piece). 2016 - send lights, but don't send replacement piece. 2017 - send WRONG REPLACEMENT PIECE. 2018 - FINALLY send the right piece, but half the lights on the replacement piece DO NOT WORK. Note - I've been VERY clear EACH year EXACTLY what was wrong - sent photos of the tree, the box, the shipping labels, etc. Tonight, when I discovered that the tree STILL DOESN'T WORK AFTER 4 years, they tell me the warranty has run out! THEY NEVER FULFILLED the warranty to begin with! They won't send a replacement. They won't refund my money. Tree goes into the trash. I go to Lowes. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT IS ONE OF THE WORST businesses I've EVER dealt with online.

I recently bought the 61/2 ft Fraser Fir. I was hesitant to buy a tree on-line, but it is hard to find a 6 foot tree in a store, and I really wanted to get an instant light tree that had multi lights. So many trees have only clear lights and this one has both, so I was willing to pay what I thought to be an excessive cost for a smaller tree. The tree is OK, but just OK. The quality should be much better for the cost. It was extremely easy to put together, and the lights are fine, but several of the middle branches are loose at the stem and just flop down to lie on the next lowest branch. The instructions said that extra pins and washers were included, but I only got one, and how you can remove the bad one, (I had more than one bad one), is impossible! I finally used green twist ties to shore up all the loose branches. It worked, but not something I should have had to do for a nearly $400 tree. Also, no fuses included, only extra lights. The tree is up and it would be too much of a hassle to return it, so I just dealt with it, but I am not exactly happy with this tree.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We bought our first artificial Christmas tree this year. I didn't know much about this company, but from what I read, they have been around a while and it seemed they had some good reviews. Well, we just put our tree up and a whole section didn't light up. After being on hold for 10 minutes, a customer service rep. finally picked up. When I explained that our top section was not lighting up and we spent 1 1/2 hours trying to figure out where the defective bulb was, replaced every single bulb, and it still wouldn't work, she simply said it was out of warranty and couldn't do anything for us. I could not believe it. Obviously if you are buying a tree in January, you aren't going to test it until December. They should at least give you a year to test the tree. I am so disappointed that we paid $500 for a tree that we can't even use. I asked them to replace the top section for us, and they weren't even willing to do that. If you want to buy an artificial tree, my advice is go SHOP LOCAL and test it at home within a week of delivery.

I would not recommend doing business with Tree Classics. I purchased a tree that ended up having major quality control issues. They also advertise a 2 and 5 year warranty that does not apply to all of their products.
I purchased a tree that was on sale. After it arrived at my house, I plugged it in real quick to make sure that they lights came on and then put it away. After all, I thought I'd be covered by their 5 year warranty so quality was not a problem right? Wrong...When I went to go and fully set it up later, a portion of the tree had significantly yellower LED lights than the rest. Furthermore, there was a strand of lights that was out. After contacting Tree Classics, I was told that since the product was a clearance item, it only carried a 30 day warranty...not the 5 year warranty plastered all over the site. I was out of luck and they wouldn't help me get the tree right, aside from some basic trouble shooting tips like checking for broken bulbs.
I wished I would have read reviews on the company before buying the product. There are plenty of other people with negative experiences with their products and customer service and rightfully so. Anytime you drop several hundred dollars on a tree, you expect to get top notch quality and service. I'm also not sure why they don't stand by the quality of their clearance items...maybe that in of itself should be a warning sign.
To sum things up, I'm definitely disappointed with the company, as are many others apparently...they don't have a good rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Bad product, worse customer service. We bought our tree on Nov 2. Two sections had lights out that could not be fixed over the phone. Got first replacement tree. It still has a section of lights not working in the very top. And the top section leans. The woman I spoke with on the phone the first tine “opened the case” and was extremely rude and never apologetic. I had to speak with her briefly the second time and has the same poor attitude. So, almost a month later, after spending almost $600 on a tree it leans, has a section of lights out and WE have to go through the inconvenience of repacking and mailing back two faulty trees. Also, could not find a place to leave this review on their site.

I have purchased 3 Christmas trees balsam spruces they are beautiful dark green against the multi lights absolutely gorgeous... I purchased ornaments they are very nice hand painted just beautiful in my living room. The quality is very good.
About as close to an original as you’re going to get. Decent size, fair price. I have 4 stars because it could have been a bit fuller, but overall, very happy with it.

Tree arrived on second day after ordering. Was easy to unpack and put together — only 3 pieces — to make sure everything was in working order. Did a quick fluff and at first thought the tree bottom was way too far off the floor. I then realized that I had the stand in the storage position rather than the display position. It was a “snap” to make the change quickly! Although I won’t decorate the tree until Christmas is closer, I am really pleased with the look and feel of this tree. The 42-inch width on this tree is perfect for smaller areas and fits perfectly in our family room.
