I enjoying buying Christmas decorations and Christmas trees from Tree Classic. I love the good quality and beautiful Christmas products. The reasonable price is icing on the cake. The delivery is fast too. The customer service is good. I definitely recommend this company.

This is like my third tree I have bought love them
This last one is the easy plug which is great love that I don’t have to string lights and my ornaments don’t sag the branches I have many that are very heavy

We liked our first Tree from Tree Classics, that we bought a second one. Our second tree had a beautiful picture on line. When we received it we were very depressed. We could have bought a better tree from Lowes or Home Depot.

Ordered a tree Sunday, shipment tracking says delivered to my office last night at 4:04pm, there were 3 of us here but no package. Then FedEx Tracking says out for delivery today. FedEx cant find it. I call Tree Classics and explain what is going on after being on hold for 10-minutes they come back on and say that their system Flagged the order as potentially fraudulent and had FedEx return the tree?? They said if I wanted the order I would have to go back in using a different credit card or paypal. I looked online and my CC has already been billed. The only fraud is Tree Classics!! Then their manager hung-up on me when I expressed by dissatisfaction with their bad service.

Very disappointing! I spend over $700. I had my tree up for 2 Christmas seasons. The first time I opened the box the tree smelled like gasoline. The second season the bottom lights didn’t work. I called and spoke to a representative who took my information but never called me back. I contacted the company again in September so I don’t have to deal with adding lights myself. I spoke to a supervisor who said they will replace the tree. I then received an email asking for my address for the full tree replacement which I have saved. I followed up with the company 2 days ago for a tracking number and spoke to a very rude representative who said sorry it’s past warranty. Had they called me back the first time it wouldn’t be past warranty. I am a mom who has kids, a job and a lot going on I can’t keep on following up with a company especially when they sent an email authorizing a full replacement and asking for my complete shipping address. Terrible customer service not to mention dishonest!
Tree Classics should of received zero stars!!!!

The tree is excellent quality, looks great and will last a long time. Our second tree from TreeClassics in the last 15 years.

I got 2 71/2 pencil trees with white lights. . They are beautiful.
Perfect for the spots I wanted them in. I have a double size window & have them side by side. Looks beautiful.

I was very skeptical about ordering a tree on line. Once I received it, it was easy to set up, the branches are very full. Easy to hang all the trimmings...& I mean ALL. .....I have a beautiful white tree. It came earlier than I expected. I am very pleased with this company. I will definitely buy another tree from them.

Our third tree from Tree Classics _ never disappointed

I love your trees, generally, but last yearI got 2 slim trees ( one 9 feet, one 7) and they turned out to be just too slim- more like pencil trees, but they are very easy to put up. I just can’t use half of my ornaments . I am giving one away to a friend and have already purchased one to replace that one%

Great marketing, one of the best specialist on their tree work

If you want to spend 2500 on a tree that works for one year, then this is the choice. Easy to put up, beautiful... then came year two. HALF of the pre lit strands were dark by the end of the season. And you know what they do about it? Shrug and tell you to find it yourself. 12 foot tree. Completely covered in decorations. 1400 bulbs, half of them out. Find it yourself. Sad, because this replaced a pre-lit tree of theirs that has lasted years. No customer service when you need it, no standing behind a product to hat clearly wasn't designed to work a day beyond the warranty.

This was our first year with our tree and we were very pleased with the tree. Looking forward to having it for many years.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We've only had our tree for two years and during our holiday season we watched just about every strand get super bright and extemely hot and then blow. We called customer service and not only did they not care about the hazard of the over heated lights, we were out of the two year window for the light warranty, which, considering you only take the tree out once a year, is a bit flimsy. I've also been getting the run around to speak with a manager, who is conveniently never there when I call. I will never do business with this company again and do not recommend it.

We just received our 3rd Tree Classics tree, having had two over the past 8-9 years. We've never had any issues with any of them, and don't expect to this time. It's beautiful, with a narrower shape than in the past, due to changing space requirements on our end. As always, it is easy and quick to assemble, and storing it in our Tree Classics storage bag is a snap! Thanks so much for all you do to keep our home "traditional" at Christmas time!

I ordered my tree on "Black Friday" when sales are supposed to be the lowest of the season. Very disappointed to see it at $20.00 less the next week. Called to ask and their policy is to NOT adjust prices. SO much for ever thinking Black Friday was the best shopping day.

The tree was not nearly as full as it showed online

I ordered the tree on a Sunday and it was here on Friday. Tree is absolutely perfect size and shape. Looks very real! I would recommend this company and tree highly.

Pretty tree when branches are spread and fluffed out. Only improvement would be to add another row of branches to the bottom to make tree closer to the floor.
