purchased a 12V air conditioning unit from their eBay store (treeligo-02) under order number 24-13666-94424. The unit was installed in early July 2026, and the condenser was completely defective straight out of the box. It has never worked, not even for a single second.I have been dealing with their customer service since July. They dragged out the process for months, even ignoring my messages entirely for over a month, just to make sure I would pass the eBay dispute deadline.Now, after finally approving the warranty replacement part and confirming it is in stock, they are refusing to ship it unless I pay extra money outside of eBay. This is a shady and illegal business practice. They are holding my warranty hostage to extort more money from me. I have fully documented the defects and this horrible experience on video. Avoid Treeligo at all costs, their warranty is a total lie!

This aircon unit are total rubbish i bought one how stupid of me .now fighting via ebay to resolve this and recive my money back .it tottaly flat lined my battery .

The company provides very poor customer service and product support.
I would recommend people to stay away from Treeligo Air-conditioners

The company manufactures and sells automotive air-conditioners. I ordered an AC unit through Aliexpress from this company. The unit arrived damaged and Treeligo has made it very hard to get a refund or replacement, even after them receiving compensation from UPS. The company just kept on saying I should fit the damaged unit despite the damage. Then they just stopped answering my messages. Avoid this company, as if anything goes wrong, they will not help you.
