I haven't had any direct dealings with Trendhim customer service because everything went smoothly. I had no hesitation ordering based on the reviews I saw. We ordered ties and pocket squares from Trendhim- initially looking at a particular tie, but it seemed like only one was in stock. Within minutes, we were able to connect to a member of the Trendhim customer service team and understand the stock status. We then ordered the ties and pocket squares and were super impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. We will absolutely be ordering again from Trendhim in the future!!!
