Change size
It would be better if your company will send the delivering company and make a payment screen for the return. In my case i ordered a ring too big and made the change size thing. The problem is that I don't have a packeta physical store near me and only have lockers you don't accept it. But I gave you three stars because it is good quality. If you could tell me how to send the package to you for the change, and if i could use a packeta locker or other lockers instead of the physical store you will help me a lot. Thank you

Order arrived in very poor condition
Order arrived in very poor condition. The outer box had been torn open and taped back together, and the items inside were packaged cheaply and looked used or damaged.
This was a shaving bundle intended as a Christmas present, but:
• Boxes were torn or scuffed
• The soap appeared opened
• Overall presentation was completely unacceptable for a “premium” bundle
I contacted customer service immediately requesting a refund and have received no response. Because of the delay, I was unable to order a replacement in time for Christmas.
Very disappointing experience. poor packaging, questionable handling, and no customer support follow-up. I would not recommend ordering gifts from this company.
