I love the platform but need faster service when calling. When calling support use to pick up fast, now I never get anyone on phone when i call. And product got way to expensive but still great product so worth the discount at least

I had a very negative experience with TrendSpider.

I activated the subscription because, during the initial setup and configuration process, I was led to believe that the platform could be suitable for my use case: monitoring custom strategies, using custom indicators, and creating practical trading alerts.

After testing it for only a few hours, about 4 hours, I realized that the service was not suitable for my needs. In particular, some features that were essential for me, such as the practical and automatic use of custom indicators in alerts through AI/Human Language, did not work as I expected. In several attempts, the system was unable to create the requested alerts correctly, or it generated incorrect conditions.

I therefore requested cancellation and a refund almost immediately, explaining that the service was not usable for my purpose. However, the support team refused the refund and simply referred to their policy stating that trial fees are non-refundable.

In my opinion, this is not a fair way to treat a customer who realizes after only a few hours that the product is not suitable for the purpose for which it was purchased. I expected more attention, more transparency, and more willingness to help, especially considering that the request was made almost immediately.

My impression is that their commercial policy is very rigid and not very customer-oriented. Personally, I would not recommend TrendSpider to anyone who needs customized workflows, advanced automatic alerts, and truly effective support.

James was very helpful introducing me to how to navigate Trendspider Strategy Testing and Market Scanner. Trendspider is very powerful but that comes with a high degree of sophistication. The new Sidekick AI features are very useful, and allowed us to quickly build meaningful stock watchlists and to test strategies against those stocks, for example.

Justin provided me with a prompt response and helped answer my questions. Always on top of issues and concerns.
