Kudos to Justin for escalating an API connectivity issue I had regarding a python script. He always kept tabs on the ticket and always followed up and followed through.

Justin was very attentive and effective in solving my problem.

I cancelled my recurring annual renewal and they gave me a survey as to why and Justin fixed my issue and then I even added extra money to my regular subscription. I thought nobody reads those surveys. Great service.

Trendspider is a great software. Auto-drawing trendlines from their Trends feature save time and remove bias from charting. Other features like Chart patterns and Candle Patterns are also invaluable. Customer support is very responsive, with fast replies and hands on assistance.

TrendSpider has been very useful for my trading research and workflow. The Scanner is powerful and easy to use, and the JavaScript custom indicator feature is especially helpful because it gives me a lot of flexibility to build my own tools.

I also really like that TrendSpider supports uploading my own data, creating custom symbols, and querying third-party data. These features make the platform much more flexible for advanced analysis.

Also, Justin kindly provided me with an annual subscription discount, which I really appreciate.

Overall, I’m very happy with TrendSpider and would recommend it to traders who want a powerful and customizable charting and scanning platform.

Trend spider is great? Maybe the best at what they do in the business. They deliver on thier products, thier customer service is outstanding. The only thing I’d ding is it’s pretty pricey, they are a high end product, just wish they had something affordable to work with. Don’t get me wrong if you can afford this it’s 100% worth every penny.

I came into TrendSpider with high expectations after a strong trading month and was willing to invest in better tools. I paid $600 during a promotional offer, largely on the strength of the marketing and YouTube content, which genuinely comes across well. Unfortunately, the actual product doesn't live up to the hype.
The charting tools feel comparable to what you'd get from TC2000, but with less polish. Basic functionality that any mature charting platform should have is either missing or broken. You can't resize panes. The delete key doesn't remove drawings from the chart — there aren't even hotkeys for that. These aren't complex feature requests; they're fundamental usability basics that should take minimal development effort to implement.
The overall experience feels clunky in a way that's hard to reconcile with a product that's been on the market for several years. It raises questions about how much attention is actually being paid to the end-user experience versus marketing and promotion.
For what it costs, I'd expect a more refined product. If you're considering TrendSpider, I'd recommend trying a demo thoroughly before committing, especially if you're coming from another platform and have expectations around standard charting interactions.

Justin provided exceptional support during my upgrade process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I understood every part of the plan. He also went above and beyond by helping secure additional backtesting depth, which I really appreciated.
