Having ordered 17th Ocrtober I have not received item 21st November. I did not know items are all shipped from abroad, or at least it was not made clear the shipping estimate was totally inaccurate. I have asked for a refund MULTIPLE times. The latest message I received from customer service said:

"We'd like to apologize for the delay of your package. Please understand that international shipping is unstable in nature and out of our direct control, some delays can't be prevented."

This is LAUGHABLE in this day and age.

Previous communication:

"According to our company, international shipping may take 14-21 business days to complete from the shipping dispatch date (in your case was last November 7, 2017). But due to the incoming Holiday Season, we have been notified by our partner Supplier that there will be an additional delay of 7-15 business days in all international shipping.

But we assure you, your item is on the way. Please kindly expect your package to be delivered earliest by December 8, 2017 or latest by January 2, 2018.

If by then you still haven't received the package, please contact your local post office USPS +1 800-275-8777 and let us know the status of your package so we may assist you further."

On November 18th I did a order (Invoice Number: #95351) but I haven´t any news at all and I´m not able to log into your webstore because it says that my credentials are wrong and when I request a new password for my user it says that my email account does not exist... I do not understand.
My order was a surprise for my TEA daughter, please I would love to know if I will get it or what.

I ordered a product more than 2 months ago and I am getting the run around, their customer service sucks and they still do not want to give me a refund. The tracking shows a tracking number was created but nothing past that.

SCAM AND A SHAME - AVOID THIS SHADY COMPANY

Order placed oct 14, it is now mid November. tracking provided is not valid, no replies to my emails, scam. Stay away.

I placed an order almost a month ago. It did say longer shipping times of 7-21 days but I am past that limit. Tracking number that just finally started working 20+ days into my order shows it still out of this country. I tried to email the company but no response. This is a scam website. Tried to save a few bucks but should have just spent a little more and got it off of amazon in two days. I think I just lost $30 but I will be watching my credit card account for more fraudulent charges. I wish I had read this site first. After reading all the reviews Jordan seems to blame the new email system for lost emails, shipping companies for delays, poor product packaging for breakable items, customs etc. If you are going to try to run a business this big all of the above should have been resolved long ago. All I want is a refund please. Order #89196.

It’s only fair that the company gets good reviews when they deliver also.

Although initially after reading some of the reviews on here, is was sure TrendyShack was a scam. Even after several communications with their customer service, I still did not receive my order.

You can imagine my delight when today I received my original order and the replacement that they said they sent out.

Delivery times are not very good but they do deliver eventually, that’s what matters.

IT IS NOT A SCAM SITE!

4 stars and not 5 because of the time my delivery took.

I will happily shop there again and would ask any members who received their order AFTER leaving negative reviews to consider editing.

Can only confirm bad opinion on this company, I get no reply to my mails, the tracking number I was provided with shows a shipment to UK - I live in Italy! My order #86998 has not arrived, customer service is non existent and does not reply simply STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you do not want to lose your money!

Biggest rip off of 2017. Keep your money, do not be fooled, you're only feeding criminal activity. This is a case for Interpol.

Ordered the product since 21st Oct. Nothing received yet. The tracking reference is not the correct one for my purchase and Customer support is not responding to any emails. Reading all the similar reviews,I tend to believe this is indeed a scam!

Its a scam! I didnt get my purchase, and never get answers for them!

I order my item and never receive my item. I send them 7 messages and never get an answer back. I believe this company is a big fraud. Order # 88143 I order it in Oct 12 and I send 8 emails and no one get back to me with an answer

I ordered an audio item almost over a month ago and have written numerous times for the status and delivery as I have not received it.

BUYER BEWARE there has been no response after numerious attempts to contact them. They will also spam your email box about 4 times a day. The track your item is rubbish and not accurate, some instances it doesn’t even load (tried on nimerous computers)

Ordered product 13th oct almost a month later still waiting. Sent numerous emails (over 6) they replied to first email saying it was priority but nothing since Just a bunch of scammers STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

22/11/17 Still no answer from these pack of THIEVES

I spend $70 and never got my items, did emailed 100 times and nothing. Run don’t do any business with them or u loose money. It’s been 5 weeks and no Response I will take suggestion how to get my money back from those bad people, I should of read theirs reviews before buying, they have bad bad reviews.

UPDATE:order 92272. Yes I received a tracking, but as it says, when I log into tracking it’s saying no email account found! (But I still manage to receive offers daily in that same email to purchase more of your items..)

Absolutely the WORST company to ever deal with!! Sends me spam to buy there stuff 4 times a day, but tracking my order says no email found. Customer and support or replies to support @ trendyshack non-existent!! 7 days after taking my money to “get ready”?? One small item?!? 17 days later STILL NOT SENT??
Completely unacceptable.. end your business now or get with the program!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD!! Save yourself the hassle

I ordered a small bluetooth audio device on the 10th October and received an order number #83895. Its almost a month and the item tracking shows the packet is still in transit. I was expected to receive the device by the 30th October.

Looks like a scam to me..

Here's the thing. I haven't shopped with trendyshack but I am still registering my vote out of a statement of how tired I am of seeing these scam sites advertising on Facebook only to dupe people into buying junk that doesn't even arrive half the time. I got stung once by one of these types of scam sites... never again. Trendyshack, you've well earned your bad ratings. Either shape up or shut down!
