I cannot get these people to return and email or respond to my concerns in any way. Not that I think it will help but my order number is #83161. The tracking status has not moved since I ordered and I can't find the carrier for the tracking number I did recieve (nor can I get them to tell me the carrier). This place has scam written all over it!!! I have reported them and hopefully they will be stopped!

I've ordered the ceramic coating and, as other users mentioned, it took a while to arrive. That was expected, so no issues. However, I'm impressed with the lack of an application instructions, or any reference to anything that can give me a clue on how to use the damn thing. The last thing I want is to waste my money trying to apply the coating wrongly. Any help? Perhaps I've missed something...

Order number 76850. I will update it once I have the instructions and after I apply it!

7/12/17: I still haven't received the instructions. I just tried, really just tried, applying it on my rearview mirror. Let's see how it goes. So far it looks super weird and not very transparent.

It has nearly been 2 months from the time of ordering and 6 weeks from time of shipping and I have not received my product (order# 61593 - 2x Ceramic Car Coating product; approximate value of USD 60).

I would have thought by now I would get my product and now I am unfortunately moving to another country so I will never receive my product.

I have requested a refund and email support (which takes days if now weeks to respond) says that it is in transit. I have tried on many occasions to check where the package is and the status of the shipment is. On very rare occasions I get a response from their tracking website, but in most cases the package is not found. And in one instance the I checked the tracking website (Belgium Post), the package was found but with another destination country.

I have passed the 45 days return / refund clause so I guess I will have to accept this expensive lesson and just have the opportunity to WARN other buyers to stay away from this company for the sake of your own money, time and effort.

After a very very prompt and impressive response. I am pleased to say that the company is looking to build its online reputation and takes very seriously.
The founder Jordan offered me a full refund within hours of my review.
This proves to me that I will give the company another chance in the future and that their explanation for the delay is true.

Ordered a small facial hair remover. It came from China and had hair in it and did NOT work. They would not give me a refund!! NOT a trustworthy company!

BUYER BEWARE!!! You will likely regret that you ever purchased anything from TrendyShack, a company with no physical address or contact phone number. You will never see a tracking number, just a fake order web page telling you that your order is on its way. Nevermind emailing their customer service for an order cancelling. They will just tell you it's on its way. I recommend you check for the item on Amazon. Probably a lot cheaper and no scamming allowed. Several months ago and still haven't received my order BUT... it's on it's way. Since when did we have shipping from outside of our solar system?

Don't trust these scammers!!!! I order 2 Shaping Camis, a total ripoff, false advertising, etc. I returned them & didnt hear anything from them for a month. Went thru email & facebook complaing. The "claim" they have no record of the return, even after giving them all the shipping info & refuse to return my $60!!!!

To be honest I am concerned here after reading reviews . I am not yet angry but after three emails about my order I am concerned. After reading others experiences and being told the customs issue or the fast growth of the company has caused some shipping issues.
Ok whatever , stuff happens and on time delivery can be an issue time to time but understand people are not stupid and when I get a shipping number that comes back with unknown shipping number error (now twice since I was given a new shipping number) and also has the same error gives me Pause but let’s see what happens and I’ll post update ...

It appears that there has been some shipping issues with the shipping company Jordan is referring to he was quick to respond and quick to offer the refund and I appreciate due to issues beyond his control that he was quick to resolve this issue an offer full refund .

Jordan please feel free to contact me personally so I can resolve my issue .
I really would like to get this product but the shipping issue with the outsourced company seems to be giving you grief.

Well Jordon I have sent countless emails requesting refund or you pay for express shipping and still no response or refund . Here’s your one star until you treat your potential customers right!!!!!! I’m disappointed I was hoping to purchase several shipments of The ceramic polish .
Update 2.2 surprisingly checked my tracking today and see that it’s actually been shipped and is now heading to Canada but is using the old shipping reference which I’m glad I kept. Again Jordan this is very confusing and kind of disappointing I hope he gets here I will give you a fair rating when it arrives .

I recently purchased Ceramic Coating for my car from Trendy Shack after seeing various videos online. While I don't agree with their aggressive marketing on the site "Only 4 left, hurry buy now" and then you refresh the page and it says "Only 15 left, selling fast", I did bite the bullet and bought a bottle.

It took over 5 weeks to arrive in Australia, but it did eventually arrive. It's a basic (very basic) package. No instructions or details on how to apply and the applicator that came was rubbish. So I hit up YouTube and saw how others were applying the coating.

I have to say I've one VERY shiny car now, and the 30ml bottle was enough for my Ford Focus. I even did the wheels (although I did NOT do the windscreen). It's easy enough to put on, polish off and then I let the car sit and dry for 24hrs. In the rain yesterday it was awesome, the water did just bead up and 'fall' off as we drove. Yes some dirt does still stick where the water drops dry off - but it's super easy to spray and wash off.

Over all, I'm happy with it for the price I paid. Yes service COULD be better .. but the product seems to do what they say it does. Let's see how long it lasts.

I am very sad, that I didn’t look for those reviews before placing an order. The site is a complete scam. I placed an order almost two months ago, and paid it of course (40€). I see they used to put th blame on customer that they don’t know it you inserted right shipping code etc. This is just ridiculus and they are buying time. With all the customers the same.
Facebook should also be more avare of the content they are promoting. As far as I can see the site is from Netherlands, so I have demanded my product or money, if not, I will go to proper authorites by the end of the week. Those scammers don’t know that EU laws are very strict....

Auto Ceramics Coating Mr. Fix 9H

This product finally arrived October 12, 2017. It was beat up pretty good. I must tell you, a company has only the first contact to make an impression, good or bad. I regret doing business with Trendyshack. My first impression of your company is far from favorable. A consumer should not have to go through what I have gone through. With the likes of Amazon.com and Alibaba.com, a company should, in my opinion, strive to make a fantastic first impression to remain valid in today's consumer market.

I have not used the product because so much time has passed between placing my order (August 28, 2017) and receiving my order (October 12, 2017) that I must have my vehicle re-detailed. Based on my dealings with Trendyshack, I do not have much faith in your products and I have prepared myself to be disappointed. And since return costs are prohibitive, and your 45 day return policy is in effect, I am literally stuck with the product whether it works or not. I am always reminded when doing business with little known companies, "Buyer Beware".

I hope you forward this e-mail to your company president.

I ordered and paid for my goods on the 31/8 the tracking said I should receive it between 19 September and 1 October as it was delayed as they were out of stock it is now 13 October and have not seen my package every time I email them all i get it is hold up by customs go to your local aust post office and get them to track it so I went there and they can't track the number that they supplied me.
All they say is that they looking into this to expedite the process I have requested my money back but they wont answer me on that.
Never again and i recommend people to shop somewhere else as the customer service is really bad
I learned a lesson might have costed me a bit but I think my money is gone and so is my package.
Please people learn from my experience don't hit that button to buy something from them.

If only I have checked your site before dealing with this company. My goodness they are horrible! Facebook should keep tab with reviews like this and bar them from advertising. Ordered and was informed goods on way. No news after two weeks and wrote to them again.Encouraging to learnt goods shipped on its way with tracking

numbers. Did not arrive wrote to them again this time they did not reply. Way pass their 21 days estimate and they take your money and keep silence. That is the TREND and style of business with this company I guess.
You want and update and order number here we go. Order #62751. Just received a different track number so please don't sent me anymore tracking numbers I will acknowledge when I do receive the goods.Plus each tracking tells me expected date is 10Oct. That has passed.

Well why don't you first focus on sending immediately two replacement. Because the way I read it is if I don't get my first order you are not going to replace it anything!!!.And if you are sincerely going to replace this send NOW.!!

Placed order no delivery yet. Sent them 2 emails from there site Contact Us and still haven't had a response. This is my only alternative since they won't respond. Be careful they take your money fast and deliver slow. In my case no delivery at all. Just a delayed status.update. I did get my product. Thank you

Update: Yes shipping details were sent but when entered on the website to track delivery it stated tracking details were wrong and the item never arrived.

Horrible!!!! Do not order anything from this shady place. 30 days and China still has not shipped. They misled me to believe the order was being processed and was on its way but they have no clue as when it will ship. They blame the supplier and should realize its their supplier!! Never again!!!

rubbish quality and took ages to come . They send you crap from china ...looks good on the video but the reality is chinese rubbish.

Had to get paypal involved. Been a month and still no product. Paypal says it is being shipped from China. Seller will not even communicate. AVOID TRENDY SHACK. I provided proof of order and payment to paypal and trustpilot.

I usually don't like dealing with out of country companies because of just what happened. I place an order and paid up front as expected and have even had time to pay my credit card company and I still do not the product. I finally get a response from my posts to Trendy Shack that my order is held up by customs. Everyone's order for the ceramic coating should be held up. You should have a note stating this product delivery is currently delayed due to customs, expect prolonged delivery . Instead I had to notify you that I still don't have my order and instead of stating the obvious , I sent the tracking number and then had to send my order number in order to find out its delayed and you gave me my same tracking number to track my order which I did in the first place and the response was and is that there is no order. Very frustrating to pay regular high price and get lousy delivery service . I continue to get sales advertising the same product but can't even get my original order. Sorry but I expected better from looking at your great reviews. So my personal experience is a 1
